Employees were seen outside smoking and rolling marijuana in view of customers. My order was incorrectly prepared three times. Additionally, the waiter exhibited impatience and hurried service, seemingly eager to return outside. I decided to end my visit early and will not be returning.

i got three drinks. Three different ones. they all tasted kinda like tap water. the slush was straight syrup, the soda again tasted like it was mixed with unfiltered water, and the alleged cherry limeade was so bad we just poured it out to be honest lol. but it’s fine, i’m not that mad, just maybe clean some of the machines?

Count your days! This was the sloppiest burger I have ever ordered! No wonder there is no one in the drive-through if this is what y’all are sending out the window! Wasted my lunch break thanks so much.

The milkshakes themselves are good, however the service was AWFUL.It took 45 minutes for 3 milkshakes, then 10 more minutes for the 2 they got wrong.The lady at the window acted like we did something wrong even though they messed up our order.Also? They read our order back to us and STILL got it wrong?I hope they get better management cause the current is awful if they’re allowing them to run the restaurant like that. Also? The people we had with us CURRENTLY WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE! So we were attempting to give benefit of the doubt but still absolutely atrocious how rude they were.

My wife and I wanted some quick Sonic drinks before taking the kids to the playground. We tried going through the Sonic drive-thru first, but no one responded. I heard clicking from the headset, and some muffled laughter, and we left the drive-thru after a few minutes to try a parking spot. We ordered on the app—just two drinks—but they took a very long time to arrive. Apparently, our order had been skipped. And my wife's drink didn't have ice in it, but we were ready to be done with this Sonic, so we left. We are just passing through on vacation and likely won't return anyway, but we will remember this Sonic if we do.
