Horrible service. They don’t even know how to make basic drinks. Hygiene standards are very poor, and they continued using milk well past the safe time—over three hours without proper disposal. We had to throw our drinks away. I strongly suggest staying away from this location.

This Starbucks is super busy so to avoid delays would suggest to call in and pre order.

Food meets the expectation of Starbucks quality.

Staff is helpful and patient and trying to cope up with the rush.

There are 2 bathrooms one for each gender.

The ambiance is cozy and comfortable seating .

We just wanted a coffee for the road, I ordered a water and three coffee. I got the water after 20 minutes but I had to wait 45 MINUTES for the coffee!! It was kinda busy, I get that, but to wait 45 minutes for a coffee is crazy! Never again!!

I just left and waited 35 minutes for two hot grande teas. No one checked on me or the drinks. I went up to the counter and after all the employees stood there looking lost… the drive thru employee checked on me. After that- I still waited and she ended up making them. I tipped $2 before that wait and was kind ordering. There is no reason I needed to wait that long. Anyways- the store seems disorganized. I will not go back.

Nicole, the barista who took our order, is a breath of fresh air in a Starbucks! She greets with a smile and she has a fantastic attitude to go along with her beautiful smile.
Will definitely make this a regular stop on my trips to Florida.

We stopped in to get coffee here today. The Service was terrible! The girl doing the food orders wasn’t good at all. My egg whites were not cooked good., By the time I got my ham and Swiss Croissants and Egg whites our coffee was cold. It was the worst service we’ve ever experienced from a Starbucks store.

While traveling back from Florida I attempted to stop at this Starbucks Sunday evening (10/19). We checked the hours of the store. We arrived at 9:20 pm(store hours where listed to be open until 9:30) all lights where ON. I pulled to drive thru. Board completely lite up. Sat there. No one came on so I pulled around to window. A young man was at the window. Made I contact and turned away like I wasn't there.
They closed early and where (let's just say not nice).
This is unprofessional, poor business practices and employees need to be restrained or fired!

Rest rooms and dining are dirty. Service is very slow. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets what drink or food at which time. My large order can be ready with the exception of egg bites and I can wait several minutes after that before they are finished.
