No labels on the sandwiches—so they just sit out getting cold while staff wait for someone to guess if it’s theirs. My coffee order was completely forgotten, even though I paid for it. Overall, very poor service. If you can, avoid this location. Felt like blatant discrimination at play

I really want to love this Starbucks, but I’m consistently disappointed. I always order one of the easiest drinks on the menu, the honey citrus mint tea, and every single time it gets pushed aside and forgotten. Because it’s not coffee, it clearly gets deprioritized, and I end up waiting 20+ minutes for a simple tea. It’s frustrating, especially when I see others get their complicated espresso drinks way faster. I shouldn’t have to keep reminding staff about my order. Do better.

Jhalin was talking to someone the whole time we were on there and didn't even acknowledge us. We waited about 5 minutes without being acknowledged and left. He was the only one up front so not sure if anyone else was working. We should have at least been acknowledged.

I only took stars away because of the location and there’s barely any parking available around 10-11 am when we stopped there and also because it took almost an hour to get my daughters food that was ordered ahead of time but have to someone else. No one helped her like they said until finally another worker asked again what she was waiting on and went and fixed her order right then. Other than that everything else…the food and drinks are great. It’s just too busy of a location for us to go back to again. And we almost got into an accident just in the small parking lot trying to back out of our parking space to leave because the drive through was directly behind us and wrapped around the building and road.

Do not stop at this Starbucks. Order Honey Citrus mint tea and it was made with a “new” tea flavor and it doesn’t taste the same at all!!!!! Been ordering this for well over 5 years in multiple states and the “recipe” hasn’t changed. The management is “small southern town” mentality and they are not up to speed with Starbucks quality control found in metro areas. The grande drinks are too expensive for this type of service. 3.9 should be 1.2 …you can give them that for putting liquid in paper cup.

Starbucks has really went down hill. Now they pressure you into leaving them a “Tip” for services that their employer should be paying them in their hourly wage. Even the dress code went out the window & can’t even take your kids inside there.

The girl wearing the cherry bandana- if you can’t handle the food service industry- work a desk job in an isolated room. My matcha latte was made extremely bitter. It was either not mixed well or the sweetener was not strong- who knows. What I care about is her unprofessional attitude, eye rolling, and purposefully not making my drink again after I told her what I wanted. I wanted 10 minutes for it to be remade. I didn’t wsnt to stress her. Seeing how horrible she treated us- I contacted corporate about her unprofessional, retaliatory attidude. In addition, we placed our orders when the store was empty and waited maybe 15 minutes, a group of about 7 girls came in and placed orders and got their drinks first! Poor productivity, efficiency, and professionalism!
