Took 28 minutes for my order of coffee. Ordered at 3:49. I asked three times to check on it. Got upset and told them it’s ridiculous. I got my coffee at 4:19. Why do I have to ask 4 times and get upset till it gets done?? Unacceptable and never coming back

Fast, delicious, and made accurately! Best Steak N Shake location I’ve been to in a very long time!!
Horrible. We went in and both ordered chili mac. We were brought chili 5 ways 15 minutes later. 15 minutes after that, we were brought chili 3 ways. 10 minutes after that were told that they were out of noodles and couldn't remake our order. This was at 7:30 pm. So I asked for my money back. I was told that it would be returned to my card in 7 to 10 days. That was a month ago. I called the corporate office 3 times and was told that I would have to take it up with the restaurant. I went to the restaurant and was told that I would have to take it up with corporate. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and still dont have my money back. Do not go to this restaurant. The store manager doesn't know what chili mac is!
