Not gonna lie, didn't think the French fries fried in beef tallow was gonna make a difference, but dayuuum, there's a big difference. The fries are a lot more tasty and good to know they're not full of toxic seed oils.
This is a first. Start out by ordering from a kiosk. After you've placed your order, the kiosk asks you for a tip (how about a big NO). Want a tip, bring back servers. I was craving a Frisco melt. I was disappointed. The meat tasted burnt. Fries were cold. If you oder a soda, you have to scan a ticket/receipt for the machine to work. Once your order is made, you don't talk to the employees anymore, unlike with servers. At least the restaurant was clean.
Listen, we had a large group and they missed one of our meals, even after asking about it. BUT it’s because they were hustling in every direction and checking in on everyone’s order. The staff was FANTASTIC and the restaurant was CLEAN. Food was normal SteakNShake, but I’d challenge you to find better service and commitment to quality in any fast food restaurant these days.
