“We had a coupon and at first the manager didn't want to take it but she gave us a option on our subs if we wanted to use it. Then her son came up and was making my husbands sub and the lady started talking in another language thinking we didn't understand but my husband did. She was telling her son not to put some of the stuff on his sub that he wanted cause we had a coupon and her son told her no that's not how we run this store just cause they have a coupon. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out. She was very rude.“

Neither one acknowledged the presence of customers as they arrived... felt bad for the one girl that worked basically by herself. At least let customers know why you are ignoring them and making them wait too long.Food was good.“
“My boys and I stopped in at this Subway for lunch today. Laura and Cecil both greeted us with a smile on their face. This type of customer service is so hard to find nowadays!
