Me and my wife ordered two foot-longs mine was supposed to be in a meatball with a little bit of lettuce mayonnaise honey mustard oil and vinegar oh my God look at the pictures what a disaster I have never had a Subway to look and taste like this one I had to eat the one that had less mayonnaise and honey mustard on it my wife sandwich is a mess too so we called the store instead of them apologizing or anything they let us know there was nothing they could do because I took one bite out of my sandwich one bite that is I couldnt eat it and the store instead employee let me know that because I took one bite out of it they would not remake it I have ordered plenty of times from different subways that have messed up my Subway but not this bad and they have always fixed it for me I will never again eat at this Subway I learned there is a Subway about 4 miles away from here if I am ever back through Tifton I will go to the pilot to that Subway!!!! Do not waste your time coming to this one they do not care about customer service at all I wish there was a way to put zero Stars this place does not deserve one star!!!

They got my order wrong three times and wasted my time. The paper was wrapped into the food, it wasn't heated, the wrong protein was used. Three strikes and you're out, right? 1 star.

The owner does not allow coupons which should not work only in AR and HI. The service is not so pleasant, the guy puts just a little ingredients, you have to ask to add more. We are not happy to be here…

I ordered two Ft long Turkey subs... but I think they forgot the meat.

This establishment has drastically decreased the serving size of meat you are supposed to receive. I don't think this is a franchise procedure. I think this strictly applies to this location. This location makes their own rules.

And they don't honor coupons.

We had a coupon and at first the manager didn't want to take it but she gave us a option on our subs if we wanted to use it. Then her son came up and was making my husbands sub and the lady started talking in another language thinking we didn't understand but my husband did. She was telling her son not to put some of the stuff on his sub that he wanted cause we had a coupon and her son told her no that's not how we run this store just cause they have a coupon. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out. She was very rude.
