We had a coupon and at first the manager didn't want to take it but she gave us a option on our subs if we wanted to use it. Then her son came up and was making my husbands sub and the lady started talking in another language thinking we didn't understand but my husband did. She was telling her son not to put some of the stuff on his sub that he wanted cause we had a coupon and her son told her no that's not how we run this store just cause they have a coupon. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out. She was very rude.

Let me just say, the lady in the store better be glad my husband was there picking up dinner instead of myself!! I’ve never seen so much disrespect from someone in fast food industry! I will NEVER be back! My husband asked for a sandwich to be microwaved & she flat out said “NO, there’s so since in that” umm, excuse me ma’am, the sandwich is not for YOU! Get better employees!
