I am a first responder so I don't have time to spare. This subway white lady employee took my order then a second customer came behind me. Before she put my sandwich into the toaster this lady also took the customer behind me's order so she can put two sandwiches in the toaster. Why would she do that? She still had to wait doing nothing meanwhile the toaster was doing it's thing. After that she prepped my sandwich and when it was done and ready she went ahead and started prepping the other customer's sandwich. I asked her to charge for my sandwich because I am in a hurry and she tells me to hold on because she's making the other customer's sandwich. What a lack of training for employees and what a waste of my time! This was so stupid.

My boys and I stopped in at this Subway for lunch today. Laura and Cecil both greeted us with a smile on their face. This type of customer service is so hard to find nowadays! Laura was singing and putting a smile on all customer's faces that came thru the line while we were there at this busy time of day. Keep up the hard work, and amazing customer service!

One employee working at lunch time. We had a 30 minute wait. She had to make the sandwiches and run the register. There was a long line the whole time we were there. This lady never slowed down. Never seemed flustered. She did a wonderful job. But why would there only be one employee at a very busy time of day?!?

I really recommend eating at the subway in the big Walmart, the people who work there are really nice and respectful, the dining room is really clean and the service is really fast. The boy who works there is the best on the evening shift. he is very nice and I highly recommend him making your sub.
