Very clean restaurant to start off with. The bathrooms also were clean. The staff well they wasn't so friendly honestly they never really spoke. But my cinnamon twist were really really good. My daughter said her quesadilla were also good. So with what the food was good only thing lacking was the customer service.

The manager hope is very disrespectful. I told them I had a remake manager Annette told me come back for . And she said “I’m tired of Annette doing this shit” also got my cheesy Gordita crunch and is was broken the cheese wasn’t melted . Went inside she was very rude standing by the register soon as I come in she said “so what’s the problem” not good customer service at all I live all the way in Morgan ga work 2 jobs in tifton ga . Stop by there every morning for food before I go to one of my jobs it is always someone rude and my food is always not right .

How hard is it to make a bean burrito? Just a regular plain old Bean burrito. Got it home to find a random piece of corn just buried in the first bite - I spit it out (no thank you) and opened it to investigate - found old wilted lettuce scattered throughout it, along with multiple unidentified small chunks of 'something'. Did they scrape my burrito off the floor before giving it to me? Listen I know they've been busy after the storm so I understood why it took forever to order. I know the workers are probably overworked. And overtired. So I wasn't rude in return, I know everyone is stressed. But the order wasn't huge, the line wasn't that long, and the few specialty items were for my kid - all I got was the burrito. So to find out that the one item that I wanted in the order was that nasty, especially after my having to pick up extra hours and being short-staffed at work, getting home too late to cook and getting fast food for maybe the second time in 6 months? On a regular day I might let this slide but not tonight. This is the reason why I never go to this taco bell. Unsanitary, poor quality, rude staff - if I wanted this level of quality I could just get back with my ex. No thanks. I'm not coming back here again

This Taco Bell in Tifton, GA was the worst experience I have ever had! The poor young lady taking my order inside was also working the drive thru, trying to take both orders. When I got my food, I left to eat on my way. First bite or two was nothing but cheese sauce and then nothing but "meat", and over half was nothing but halfway/uncooked rice. I got sick shortly after. Plenty of other choices in Tifton next time!

I had not been to this Taco Bell in a couple of years. No napkins in the lobby even after the two customers in front of me told the crew that they were out. Several tables were not clean.

I had a question I wanted to verify before placing the order online. Still, I was ignored at the counter for at least 15 minutes while employees passed me 4 to 5 times like I was invisible with kids, so I knew that was almost impossible. They didn't acknowledge me at all, but other waiting customers did.  Interaction only happened when I had to be assertive at the counter with my question.  Just because you have a kiosk does not 100% omit you from dealing with customers at the front counter.  The goal should be to keep it clear, I would assume.  The food order was accurate and not inefficient; we appreciated that part of the experience. Recommend going elsewhere for service.
