I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite a few years. It's the same old crap, missing items and subpar food. There was one car at the order board. It took 10 minutes to get there and another 5 minutes for someone to respond.

Filthy. Disgusting. Zero pride in work. The bathrooms (men and women) sink have no running water or functioning sinks. So disregard the sign that says "employees must wash hands" because you know for fact not a single employee has washed their hands. Don't tell the manager that there's no water and that they should put up a sign, because she'll tell you it's not her problem. Horrible.

THIS NOT JUST ONE TACO BELL THIS IS ALL OF THEM, I LOVE TACO FOOD ,BUT WHEN I GO OUT TO TACO BELL REALLY ALL YOU GET IS SHELL THERE LIL TOO NOTHING ON THE INSIDE OF THEM, I WANT MY TACOS LIKE THE PICTURE THEY SHOW, IM NOT THE ONE TALKING ABOUT ALL WE PAYING FOR IS SHELL ,CAUSE THERE IS NOTHING IN THEM. YALL REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER. THANK YOU.

The lady taking the drive through orders not only does she make you repeat your self 30 times but also still gets the order wrong then makes you wait 15 minutes more to only let your order sit right behind her until she’s ready to give it. And with your 3 star rating that auuto tell you something either higher knew employees fire the ones you have now or get a knew manager both suck right now

Walked in from my job while I was waiting for my ride to get me… I asked if the two lady’s who were standing by the counter could take my order, the said no. I then put my order in the stupid computer and tried to ask a question if I was ordering it correctly. The lady looked at me and just kept walking so I just finished up my order hoping I was doing it correctly. And this is all after I had a bad day at work. Then I walk to counter to pay cash cause that is how they can do my cash payment and the lady goes what the name. As if there was anyone else ordering. I told her my name and she told me they were out of the potato’s I ordered. I said forgot my order and walked out. This place needs a more interaction with people. The people that are working should have asked me when I asked if I could have them take my order they should have seen if they could have assisted me with my order. If someone doesn’t know what the are doing on the kiosk that I’m forced to use the least you could do is help someone with it. Kindness makes a world of a difference and we need more kindness in this world.

Awesome service and food was delicious. The facility was not clean. The bathroom was a mess. I don't recommend dining in, unless you are eating outside by the nice patio.

Had the unfortunate experience of visiting this taco bell halfway thru our road trip. The employees were redu and refused to give drink cups for an order we had just placed until we showed a receipt stating that we paid and ordered them. Then we ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito with no meat, specifically asked for no meat and receipt says just that. My daughter is a vegetarian and was served a grilled cheese burrito that was filled with beef. It completely ruined out trip as this gave my daughter food poisoning. Please save yoursself the hassle. And then the “manager” stated that your child should have known they were eating meat. Like it was our fault that they made the sandwich wrong.

It's a order it yourself get it yourself and talk to no one. Oder was wrong AI is not the future for food establishments.
