If I could put -10 I would. The staff is ridiculous unprofessional. Cussing talking about having sexand drug use out loud. When I asked why my small order was taking so long they were very rude ,threw my food together while talking crap . I will never come there again, at least not with that crew.

No employee would serve me at the counter. I waited for atleast 10 minutes. Other who came in after me and ordered at the kiosk were served. Employees simply walked by me as it i weren't there.

Slow service, mediocre food very disappointed. Going to post a picture of what was supposed to be a bean burrito it didn't have cheese on it for whatever reason nor any red sauce it only had a little bit of beans and a whole lot of onions

The management at this Taco Bell location was shockingly unprofessional. They handed my DoorDash order to a random person without verifying who was actually supposed to pick it up. When I tried to address the issue, they completely ignored me instead of finding any kind of solution. I ended up just leaving out of sheer frustration. To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, drinks were flat, and the lobby was packed with equally frustrated customers. The manager’s level of ignorance and disregard for customers was appalling. I will never pick up an order from this Taco Bell again, and I wouldn’t eat here even if it was my only option. This place is a clear example of poor management and terrible customer service.

They werent really busy and took forever to make everyone's order that was there. All the orders came out screwed up and they didnt really care. I repeatedly said excuse me for almost 10 minutes while workers kept walking right past me. Finally someone decided to answer me and said yes with a bunch of attitude for absolutely no reason. Every staff member was being very ignorant and disrespectful. I suggest not coming here, as I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Place is disgusting dirty, toilets have rings, thank God you don't need to touch faucet. Our feet were sticking to the floor and we were nowhere near the soda. Food was messy and smashed, sauces were not put on items that called for it. Rude

If you order online to pick up later. Please make sure to have it ready by the time the customer asked for. I ordered to have an order ready further out in the day and was done 2hrs in advance! Which means cold soggy food. Very disappointed and I'd rather not argue. Take this review as one bad experience out of 5. Please do better. I will order agian to see how next time plays out.
