Tokyo Japanese Steak House

Cheryl was an amazing waitress and went out of her way. The food could have been better. My fillet was not what it was supposed to be it was worse than a New York strip. We had to wait for like 30ish minutes for the chief to come start cooking. My grandsons was tired of waiting and starting getting impatient. And very expensive.

The server was nice,but forgot to even offer us the soup and salad that was included in the price of our meal until we were halfway done with our entree. They didn't deduct it off the price of the meal even though we declined because they only offered to package it to go where it wouldn't be any good later. They were apparently short staffed and so the wait was very long. For the price of the food ,I at least expected to get what we paid for. The food we did receive was ok, but the vegetables were under cooked and some of the thicker pieces were very cool in the center. Not as good as I remember it being. The sushi is good,but not worth the rest of the inconsistency.

Great experience all around

First visit and the food was excelkent. The show was average. It eas a weeknight and ee were seated and served very quick. Was not busy at all that n8ght.

Awful overall experience. The restaurant inside is disgustingly nasty and dirty. Service was unacceptable with overpriced food. Ordered an appetizer and never got it. The customer sitting next to ordered sushi and never got it. I also ordered a beer and never got it. Waitress’ was absent most of the meal. Couldn’t even get the bill at the end, had to go to the register and then could not seem to get the bill correct. Do not waste your time or money at this restaurant, you will be disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place, but the food isn't very good. Sushi is poorly made, rice falls apart, sashimi is literally thick hunks of raw fish cut apart with little care and placed on lettuce with some thick cut lemons. Udon noodles are chewy and taste undercooked. Can't recommend.

My family order take out 9:30 p.m. on September 27, 2024. She was fantastic but our oder took an hour to come out; which we expected due to Hurricane Helene. After, getting to the room the food tasted good. But 2 hours later we All started throwing up. Everyone!!! And, using the bathroom all night. I know they were trying to help serve due to Helene. My advice stay focus and practice serve safe. We eat here at least once a month.

We came in about 5, only people here, the front desk worker Mrs. Makayla and our Cook Mr. Wesley were extremely kind and their attitude I would consider professional.

Had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Wesley, amazing cook, a very kind and diligent soul.

Last night my Wife son and my self eat here and the bill was $160.00 for the 3 of us . We all had steak and shrimp.
I will never step foot in this place again.

This place should be shut down immediately. I was sitting in there for not even 10 minutes and TWO roaches that were ALIVE crawled across the floor. This is absolutely disgusting! They also made us pay for our California roll after we told them what happened!

Had a birthday party for a 77yr old here. It was ok, but I've experienced better.
