When I tell you this is the worst Wendys in the country, trust me.
I ordered on the kiosk, because its faster, and its more accurate. Wrong. The girl working the counter at 1130 am on 10/4 made sure it would come out wrong. Miraculously, my receipt also disappeared too. I asked for it to be reprinted, and only then was allowed to have my order that I paid for, and for a bonus, I caught a side of her attitude. My burger wasnt fresh, my bun was hard. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. The music... y'all. Who do you get to curate the absolute worst songs that the most popular artists put on an album? This garbage shouldnt have even been cut, much less put on a play list, but congratulations., you guys found it.
I would tell you to do better, but I doubt you even could, if you cared to.

I'm a fan of the how Wednesday so when the Meal of Misfortune came around I had to try it. It's just nuggets and for the stores portion of that (and the fries) they were gross. They tasted gross and were barely warm. It really was a disappointment. The sauce for the nuggets was disgusting. Luckily I got the mild version but even still the colour was unpleasant and tasting it didn't make it any better. The Ravens blood frosty was a chemical soup of sugar and food dues. It's supposed to be cherry flavored but it comes across more as a cough syrup. The whole thing was a flop, between the storepoor quality and the franchises terribly unwell thought idea. Better luck next time folks.

Tonight I went through the drive thru and Robin helped me. It is late and I know she is probably tired and ready to go home!! But let me tell u even though it's late and I messed my own order up she kept an awesome attitude. She is a 100/10 on the customer service scale!! Thank you Robin for ending my night with a smile!!

Fries were old and burnt and dry my family of 4 ordered our own meals and it was a waste of money will never go to this Wendy's again. Nuggets were burnt and chewy. If you want Wendy's don't do this one. Food was not fresh.
Best hamburgers and fries. Awesome chili with hot sauce. Fast service with hot foods.

I ordered my food and asked for it to be made fresh and stated I was willing to wait. The young lady stated that they just started lunch and everything was fresh(lunch had started 40 minutes ago). However, my food was not fresh made. I went inside and asked for my food to be remade fresh. They gave me new sandwiches and they were not fresh either. One felt hot and the other was barely warm (I touched the chicken directly). I had one meal returned because my son had ate the frosty and some fries already. I gave him the sandwich that felt hot and his response was that the other felt hotter than this one and it wasn’t fresh. The manager and employees in the store were very nonchalant and cared nothing about customer service. One manager was bent, over-the-counter talking to someone looking at a phone. The rest of the employees were just making slick comments in the back.

Staff is great and most of the food was good cajun sandwich and potato but the Cinnabon pull apart was not good 😐 it was cold and barely had enough icing for 1 maybe 2 bites! Come on Wendy's do better!
