Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag - no nuggets
2 for 8 bacon cheeseburgers no Mayo - both saturated with Mayo + 1 extra mayo saturated burger I didn’t order.
Kids nuggets - hard to mess that up

All hamburgers were cold, fries cold

Asked young lady what was in the bags as she handed them out she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know.
No smiles, no greetings from any drive thru employee

This location is having some serious staff issues for the volume of people wanting food at this location. There was a single individual taking and filling all of the orders for inside customers one at a time. This made the entire process painfully slow. The napkins, catsup, and most of the soft drinks on the drink machine were out. So, the individual taking and filling orders was also having to fill drinks as well. Definitely room for improvement big time with this location.

Food was fresh and hot, but I could tell they needed to hire more help. The dining room was in great need
...sweep, mop, clean tables, empty trash. I felt bad for the workers.

Why even have an app is the employees are too incompetent to know how to use it on their side to input the discounts into the register! Wasted my points because the person at the register and the manager have no idea what they are doing . They need to reevaluate their training program!
