Have gotten messed up orders here a number of times, but most have been workable issues and can be chaulked up to someone having a bit of an off day. Things like missing sauce or utensils,

However, the past few times I've been, I've been given the wrong size meals and drinks(while still paying the difference for a larger one), had to go back for missing or incorrect items, and found allergen items found in items where said allergy was mentioned (sometimes finding it mid bite, mixed into the food). Also have been getting more attitude than needed when asking for corrected or missing items

These issues have happened over the past 5 visits while issues like this use to only happen a time or two in the span of multiple visits. These have also been during notably slower times with few, if any, other cars or people in line.

Dietary restrictions: Have had issues of getting food with pieces of allergen mixed or fallen in - even after noting that the meal was for someone with said allergy. Have also had to go back to get food remade due to them ignoring substitutes or omissions for allergies and giving something unsafe

Mobile order...one burger was left out of the bag. I had to park and go in. No recognition of the error. No apologies...no come back to see us. This is a training issue. She acted like a nervous incompetent employee that was just trying to get rid of me.

A couple of components to my rating here. The neighboring gas station bathroom is horrid. The actual Wendy’s is not bad but when we went on a Sunday traveling back home, it was like they were overwhelmed. There were a lot of wrong orders and the use of the Wendy’s app seems a bit confounding to them.
