Decided to stop here for a bite to eat and was highly disappointed. First the burger we ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and they forgot the sauce. I was highly disappointed and will never visit this location again!

My family and I drive up and down 75 5-6 times a year to visit family in Florida. We have been to hundreds of fast food restaurants over the years and this was BY FAR the most repulsive one we’ve ever witnessed. If I had seen the restrooms or the condition of the dining room/self service counter before ordering and paying, we would have just walked out. There were things spilled and splattered everywhere, the floors, tables, counters, everything was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned in months. All napkin dispensers empty, half the FreeStyle machine wasn’t working and the machine itself was disgusting. One girl (who was the only semi-bright spot in the whole experience) was working the entire front end by herself while one guy cooked in the back and another, wearing drive-thru headset did NOTHING to help her. He stood in front of the fry pit and DID NOT STOP TALKING for the entire 15-20 min we ended up standing there waiting to order and then waiting for food. He just watched her drown and never offered to do a thing except hold those two tiles down that he was standing on. The restrooms, that are shared with the connected gas station, legitimately looked like something from a horror movie. Fluorescent lights flickering, floors black and grungy, paper towels and trash littered the floor, mirrors and sinks beyond nasty, an a toilet just running non stop flinging water everywhere. There were at least ten stalls in there and not one was usable. There was a 100 sanitation score on the wall, which could’ve only been given if the inspector came on the first day they opened. I can guarantee this place would be shut down on the spot if someone came again now to investigate.

Single and double sandwich, not combo, 2 value drinks: $18.
I got 2 six pieces and a ten piece chicken nugget and 2 ranch sauce….. I asked for sweet and sour also and the girl charged me 50c for a freaking sweet and sour….. so 2 sauce is enough for 22 chicken nuggets? 3 separate meals?? Get a grip!!!! Thanks
