It seemed very unorganized. There were about 5 young adults / teenagers working. Two were making orders, two were wandering around as if they were lost, one was at the register talking on the phone (probably taking an order) but it seems like someone else could have been checking people out while he took the order. Brought out my kids pizza, had to retake my order and remake my pizza because they dropped it on the floor. This was my second time in here and was really not impressed. The pizza was decent but not good enough for me to stress over. Oh, I was the second in line when I walked in, the person in front of me had just finished ordering and had begun paying. The line was backed up to the door by the time I got to the register... again with at least 5 people working.

Stopped in off the interstate and was blown away at lunch. They were fast, friendly, and most importantly, the food was amazing. They gave my kids dough to play with and they loved the gelato. We have one of these in Atlanta, but we normally visit a similar theme but different name. We will certainly try the one by our home.

I attempted to visit this pizza place shortly before closing time, arriving around 8:50 PM. Although the posted hours stated the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, an employee saw us approaching, quickly walked to the entrance, and locked the door before we could enter. While I understand the importance of closing procedures, it was disappointing to be turned away 10 minutes early, especially when we had made the effort to arrive before closing time. A little more consideration or flexibility would’ve gone a long way in creating a more welcoming experience.

Need to update the hours on the front door. I’ve been driving 10 hours all day, I show up at 9:20 because the door says closed at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Very frustrating.
