The food is good and they get your order right sometimes but if you want them to get your order right you should try speaking louder so they can hear and understand you.Place can be kinda nasty and is more than often wayyyyyy under cleaned.So I'd say the place is alright ?But it's only alright and quite mid in my opinion.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Wasted $30 on half orders of food because the kitchen staff refused to cook more because it was within an hour of closing.
Has frequently left out requested sauce despite verbal confirmation when ordering.

t Love Zaxby's food. Might be a little expensive but you do get good food and what I order is always enough to fill me up. The majority of the time I find the employees to be helpful, however, that isn't the case every time and this particular trip was that time. I am assuming that the person was the manager but she was rude, I could tell that she didn't want to help me and she didn't want me at the counter. It was busy but that's no way to treat anyone.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves Zaxby's! He clears his plate every time so I don't mind coming here and paying a little more.

Food is alright but compared to other zaxby's it sucks. The service is usually terrible and the people hardly know what they are doing half the time they get your order wrong. The environment is not very good and just go to buffalo wild wings it is so much better and price is comparable.
SO… first off I ordered a great 8 wing meal with the sauce on the side They FORGET to put my sauce in the box and I had to eat basically chicken nuggets, I ordered a unsweet tea, drunk the entire thing and everyone knows when the drink is gone you eat the ice as soon as I open my cup I see 2 NOT ONE BUT 2 dead fruit flys on the side of the inside of my cup, absolutely disgusting, makes me wonder if I had drank any, and on top of that the employees here are very disrespectful and rude! I will be filling a complaint with the health department. DIRTY

I'm giving this a 2 star cause I've been coming to zaxby's for the last 7 yrs and the food has become gross. 90% of the time the fries are always stale or over seasoned with season salt. We stopped going to the one across town by sonic cause they can never get orders right no matter how many times you explain how you want the meal made and now we are ready to just stop going to the other one cause AGAIN 90% of the time the fries are stale or cold or over seasoned to where we won't even eat the fries just the chicken or occasionally just the chicken when the bread is to salty or fries are not good what so ever. Zaxby's used to be damn good but now it's just not worth the wait in line or the money spent. It's bad when you bite in to stale or cold fries and you spit them out because how bad it is. You slipping real bad Zaxby's.
