We had the nicest lady take our orders, and was patient explaining things to us l. Our first try at Zaxbys chicken. We will go again when the opportunity is available!

Great service, we came with a bus load and they had us in and out in 15 mins

I was on my phone with my wife to make sure I remember everything when the girl taking the order over microphone say to another girl you need to come take this order because I am getting aggravated with this. On top of all that they didn't even get the food right and tasted like it was made yesterday. When I called back the next day and spoke to a manager the only thing they said they could do about the food issue and the employee was replace I of the meals and nothing to the employee out of spending $60+ on food and that is all they could do and I guess the employee gets to go on to treat customers like crap. Never go back because they obviously don't care about their customer service or food they give to their customers.

Came In whie they were packed during a school trip and I ended up having trouble with my card but they got it settled out and even gave me a discount. 10/10 wonderful service especially from Ms Julia.

I love this chain but lately it seems like the chicken tenders are smaller... like I got a 5 count and they were like mcnugget sized. And alot of the thing was bread... get real chicken tenders that are the normal size back. Also ordered the extra seasoning on the fries and every flipping time the fries are basically unseasoned. Are the people literally going hey let's give them as little as possible for the full priced meals. Asked for no bread and extra fries. Got bread and normal fries. On the other order I got was the nasty coleslaw when I asked specifically not for it. 74 bucks spent. And this is what we got.. seriously? Not worth this. At all.

Food is not worth the money anymore. Tenders were small and overcooked. Wings were good. If you order a large you basically paying for the drink because everything else looks the same

They are extremely slow even when there isn't a lot of business. Unless you have an hour to spare I'd suggest going somewhere else. Plus the chicken tastes generic and unseasoned anyways.
