Food is not worth the money anymore. Tenders were small and overcooked. Wings were good. If you order a large you basically paying for the drink because everything else looks the same

They are extremely slow even when there isn't a lot of business. Unless you have an hour to spare I'd suggest going somewhere else. Plus the chicken tastes generic and unseasoned anyways.

MY FOOD WAS HORRIBLE WAS MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND THE MANAGER RUSHED US OUT THE WINDOW BEFORE WE COULD CHECK OUR FOOD THEY HAVE NO LIGHTS ON BUILD BOARD AND NOBODY WEAR A HAIRNET IM VERY UPSET AND DONT RECOMMEND

But sauce on salad never been on there before so remade then it was fried not grilled so then basically got a $11 salad with some small chunks of chicken not the way it suppose to be at all !!! So hope those employees r happy !!! Cause iam not !!!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but not only have I never been treated so rudely, but they didn't even get our order right. I will update if, when I go back, the service is better. Suffice it to say, 3pm on a Friday? For the money you're going to spend getting takeout, go somewhere else, at least you'll be treated kindly.

We are staying at the adjacent Microtel hotel. We thought it would be nice and convenient to grab Zaxbys. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up our order, there was a huge group of kids on a field trip. They were justifiably overwelmwd trying to serve everyone. We were okay having to wait, but I wasn't okay with my burnt food. The peppers/onions were burnt on my Philly sandwich. By burnt, i mean black. This should never have been served to someone. They also forgot the Zaxbys sauce for my kids meals, which was important to them. I didn't go back and say anything because they were too overwhelmed with all the customers. It would be beneficial if the staff were instructed as to how to handle a large rush of customers.

I have eaten at both Tifton locations many, many times over several years. The salads are hit or miss with quality and especially with portions at the Virginia Avenue location, and I regularly have to ask them to add to the salad. Other than the salads, the rest of the menu is great. I will say they have intentionally reduced the amount of fries on the plates at the Virginia Avenue location, and they told me they were told to do so. So, I try to make my way to the Tift Avenue location when I can, even though it is way past the Virginia location and well out of the way from where I live. The customer service is also not that great at the Virginia Avenue location, but it is very good at the Tift Avenue location.

We almost skipped it due to bad reviews,but it was close and we like Zaxbys. Beth ordered a salad, walked back to hotel, it was a greasy sandwhich.
