I have been a regular customer for a little while now. This morning I went through the line and the lady who sees me come very often knew exactly what I wanted with my fries (extra seasoning). This small gesture of just remembering me and my order made my day.

I must say, I've been a Hardees guy for breakfast a long time. I've always loved there steak and gravy biscuits, but sometimes their biscuits are hard and the gravy is inconsistent. I had never really given much thought to trying Bojangles before but I saw that they had a two for five deal on steak biscuits and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and tastiness of the biscuits. They were quite fluffy, buttery and the steak was just right. Heck the gravy and the sweet tea was even better than Hardee's. Guess I got a new favorite breakfast spot! Good job guys in Toccoa you're doing it right!

Took 25 minutes to get a bird dog. There was ONE person in front of us before we ordered and maybe one inside. Absurdly long wait time for some of the most mediocre food I've ever had. Waste of time and money. Never plan on going back.

If you have NOT ordered the Bojangle burrito, DON'T PLEASE!! It is nasty and they give HOT SAUCE packets for salsa. This is totally NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY‼️

The woman at the window was pretty rude. They messed up my order, but had the nerve to act like it was my fault they put the wrong thing in the bag. Then immediately looking in the bag, there was a hair on my food. I open my ranch, which is house made, and there’s fuzzies all in it! We won’t be back.

The drive thru employees are literally goofing off when we’ve been in line almost 20 minutes with only ONE car in front of us. This whole time we’ve been waiting they could have dropped more fries and then we were told we would need to wait longer for fries. I understand wanting to enjoy your job but when you’re goofing off while customers are waiting on you this is not cool. I have groceries in the car and thought with the lack of a line it would be quicker. I will never visit this restaurant again.
My husband grew up in Georgia. He ranted and raved about how great Bojangles is.. we tried it in Tennessee and it was trash. We were in his hometown visiting and tried again. The employees were okay, the location kinda run down with no ice but the food was amazing.
