I’ve never eaten in the facility but I do not recommend getting door dash from this location. Food always arrives in disarray, less protein and not made like other meals at other locations.

My fries weren't fully cooked and covered with crumbs from I guess chicken. They didn't put mayonnaise or ketchup in the bag. Otherwise it was ok

I had to knock off a star for the literally half-full bowls my mother and I were given for breakfast. See the pictures. It was a bit ridiculous. Never had a problem with lunch, although the chicken wraps are always heavy on the lettuce ( I really like that!) and skimpy on the chicken ( I do Not like that.) Mom is always pleased with her sandwich. I really appreciate that I can go to town with my pup, order from the car and just go straight inside to pick it up when it's ready, which has never been more than a few minutes, even when they're busy. I will say sometimes the app doesn't get the 'Ready' message sent as quick as I'd like. Dunno if that's a problem with Chick-fil-A, the app or my cell service network. I usually wait a couple of minutes then just go in. The staff has always been quite nice. It's always clean.
For a CFA it's a fine store. For Toccoa, it's Great!

We will not be returning. This place needs to do better. They need to visit other chick fil a's and see what they are about. Our fries sucked they were over cooked. They got my husband sandwich wrong and when we got our tea. The 3 teas were hot and hardly no ice. So the second trip to get a refill. I asked for extra ice. He just gave me a half a scoop of ice. Then to learn they don't give out the Jalapeño Salsa in the afternoon only mornings now. Sad place to eat at. I'll be eating at Commerce where Sam West knows how to run a restaurant.
