Waited over 10 mins for food in dining room. And once received the fries was just luke warm and cheeseburger was not hot either. And we were the only people inside. This has been like this the last few times.

Ordered onions on chzburger, two skinny rings isn't enough. The food honestly just isn't what we expected, and I rarely eat here cause of the price, but my customer wanted to, she's elderly and wanted a treat with her meal. All in all it's an eh from me

Breakfast biscuits are very good however the sausage patties they use are extremely cheap quality--some of the worst I've ever had. Not sure why they would choose these instead of something that tastes like real sausage. No complaints about the sausage bacon cheese biscuit though

Went to get ice cream over the weekend. One of the girls making the ice cream for drive thru was yelling at someone else (a worker) about how inconvenient it was to be working that day blah blah. The dining room was trashed and disgusting. I will be using drive thru and taking it home from here on out. Disappointed in service.

Worst experience of my life! I got a banana split had them remake it after there was a rotted banana staff laughed and complained about making it, the Hispanic looked at me while laughing for whatever reason, an employee asked a younger gentleman if he wanted to make it, one girl she made it she didn’t seem to happy about doing it but didn’t complain needs better staff

Ordered snicker blizzard and banana split blizzard I live a few minutes from DQ both were soup not one bit of thickness to either of them manager was no help just gave me a sorry apology after spending 30 bucks will not ever go back Sonic is closer anyways
