I went through the drive threw and i was very indifferent on what size coffee i wanted i ordered a small but got to the window and changed my mind. The ladies were kind and just switched it for me. I really like getting my coffee from this location.

Dunkin Donuts has always been my favorite coffee ever! However, in recent trips, the service and quality have gone down the tubes. It appears that the work ethics of current employees is no longer a highly rated asset. Do better with hiring. There are still many people who care about their job and the level of quality they provide. No one wants coffee grinds in their coffee.

I ordered my usual ice coffee tonight and I wasn't done ordering. when the lady at the window asked me is that all? I told her no and she proceeded to tell me the total. So I told her I wanted a chicken and pepper wrap well let's just say never again will I order any food from there !!!!! It was frozen on the inside and no chicken nor peppers, it was like they put canned dog food in it. it was so nasty we couldn't eat it I had to throw it out. For something that coast us $6.00 it definitely is NOT i repeat NOT worth it.

This location knows how to make my drink! Thank god because I just moved up to Toccoa!! Only complaint I have is the parking lot, because I drive past it everytime I want Dunkin.
I never leave reviews but I want to say how amazing Dane and Wesley are!! I went through the drive thru after some complications at another coffee place, and I'm so glad I did! They were so willing to give me my pup cups togo and Dane even made me his own special sweet drink because I wasn't sure what to get. They deserve a raise, seriously!

We love Dunkin Doughnuts in our household. We usually get 2 dozen of our favorites for the kids and adults plus iced and frozen coffees. The kids get their favorite drinks and breakfast is on.

I had a contractors meeting at my home and went by to pickup a dozen donuts.These were probably made 2 days ago.The most stale donuts I have ever had.I thought they made fresh new donuts every morning.Ingles makes a lot better donuts.Will never go back as from previous reviews it appears the company doesn't care and never responds to any reviews
