I've been trying for a week to get a refund for an app order they couldn't make. They didn't have ingredients in stock. I received no part of my order. We had already driven 15 minutes to pick it up before they called.

The store says I have to get a refund through the app. The app says I have to get a refund through the store. DO NOT USE THEIR APP! You'll be in the same place I'm in unless you call first to make sure they have inventory.

I'm going to pursue a chargeback through my bank but I'll never set foot in a Firehouse Subs again. They literally stole my money are are forcing me to fight to get it back. Their lack of customer care is ridiculous. All of this because I tried to buy a sandwich when I didn't feel like cooking.

You can save your reply, Firehouse. I won't be reaching out to your "support" that I've already been dealing with for a week.

Besides the fact that they were extremely slow and no sense of work ethic, they made both of my subs incorrectly. I called the store 4 times to no answer. After returning to the store to have them correct my order, they made my order wrong a second time. Only after the third time did they make it properly.

The lack of focus on the guest experience is appalling: no one answering the phone, not being acknowledged when you walk in, the staff avoids eye contact. Also, could’ve focused more on guest recovery when they so obviously botched my order.

Wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, and most likely won’t be the last. By far not worth the trouble and money.

Horrible experience. Ordered through doordash and my daughter actually had to go to the store to correct all 3 sandwiches that were horribly wrong. Do a google research, past 2 years have been horrible. I work in this town.. .doesn't take much to turn it around. Make an effort.

I am giving then a 1 star just because I have to put something. My company went there 11/11/24 first off we tried to place an online order due to it being so big. We was unable to place it so I went to the store to do that. When I got to the store the staff was very rude. We asked to speak with the manager and the guys ask why and would not let us speak to the manager. I also had to ask for something and the workers was talking under there breath about something and thay said she is right there. They were very rude and very unprofessional !!

Awful experience! I wanted to have lunch there specifically to try the new Thanksgiving Sub. This sub is supposed to have Carved Turkey , Stuffing, Mayo, Cranberry Sauce. My sub however had Shaved Turkey, not Carved Turkey as advertised and had no Stuffing on it! Not to mention the Sub had very little Turkey on it. It was like I was eating a Very Dry Sub Roll with Mayo and Cranberry Sauce. It was Disgusting! Not worth the $14.99 they Charged! I got 2 other Lg Subs and they weren’t worth the money I spent! This only my Second time eating here. But, I will stick Brother John’s or Arby’s!

My husband went in tonight to order some subs. He specially asked for certain bread and every sun has wheat. If you run out of white or garlic bread. Don’t assume someone wants whatever bread you giving. We don’t spend hard earn money for bad service especially after a long day of work. So many people recommend us going here just to have workers give us whatever they want. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!! EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO BE TRAINED BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Well today I thought I did not get my money back... So I went inside and there's 3 employees 1 being the manager named Kayla on her phone in the back. Because noone was wanting to come up front I stepped to the entrance to the back. And had to you to the back because nobody would come to the front... The nice little blonde employee came up front to assist, now mind you this was after I told them and they needed to come up to the front because I couldn't talk with them not being able to hear them back there. And a nice young lady refreshed my memory and she had given me my money back. But prior to that Kayla the general manager told me I couldn't be at the entrance to the back. And my reply was maybe you should get to the front to take care of customers instead of hanging at in back with noone mining the front. A terrible manager absolutely terrible. I might add, half the time when I come here they don't have product. May I suggest she do a better job ordering. Or maybe the owner needs to find a new manager.

We ordered numerous items none of which were correct. I haven't been to a firehouse sub establishment like this one where noone takes pride in having a job and doing it correctly.sadly this is probably my fault because I keep coming back in hope they could get a sandwich correct but unfortunately I am no longer supporting their business
