Always loved Hardee's but lately at drive through the focus seems to be on fast service rather than quality of food. I order, pull around and immediately my food is handed out windows---Cold. Who wants cold egg and cheese in the mornings?

A huge shout out to the 3 hard working ladies working Christmas Day 2025 at Hardee's in Toccoa, Georgia!! Hardee's was one of only 2 restaurants in town open on Christmas! Despite a continuous crowd in both the lobby and drive thru, and running out of food items due to the unexpected demand, and an occasional Ebenezar Scroog customer, these ladies handled their job with flare and a smile. For the most part, customers were pleasant and gladly waited an unexpected amount of time due to the demand. We all got acquainted, talked about our Christmas, the weather, and our chickens at home! We have made a wonderful Christmas memory about strangers who became friends at the busy Hardee's on Christmas Day 2025!! Please, if possible, promote, reward, or at least acknowledge the 3 wonderful employees you have at Hardee's of Toccoa, Ga!! Thanks, and Merry Christmas!

If I could give zero stars I would....whole door dash order was ALL WRONG! seems like they can't read... asked for sausage egg an cheese Frisco got bacon egg and cheese instead...hash browns are hard as a rock! bacon is UNDERCOOKED!! HARDEE'S!!!! LET'S GET IT TOGETHER.....

I had such a great experience at this Hardee’s! The food was fresh and hot — definitely some of the best I’ve had from any fast-food spot in a long time. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and it just felt like a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. The employees were so polite and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Overall, amazing service and great food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

No crowd at lunch but the service was good and the place seemed to have been cleaned up from the breakfast crowd. The staff was minimal but they were keeping busy with and between customers. Good burgers with plenty of toppings. Unlimited refills on purchased soft drinks while in the restaurant.
It's a fast food place all day except for breakfast. That's when this place shines. It's a great little spot for a biscuit.

They were on the struggle.....bus. So disorganized and slow. The cook in the back has no clue what he's doing. He can't read the tickets. He's bumping tickets before he's finished making the orders. I have not even ordered yet, but this is a hot mess.

It's Hardee's and fast food. Is what it is. They are all terrible in their own way. Hardee's stands slightly above some others because the burger actually has meat and size to it. I'm not searching for the patti in a mash of bread and condiments.
