Completely waste of money our food was cold like they made it and let it set out and the pie poppers apple was cold cold ask management about it oh there suppose be like that!! Never will I eat at this kfc again to wait almost 25 min for a cold sandwich and a get to as girl to be like sorry eat somewhere else’s rude luckily i had my kids with me or I’d be over that counter!!!

A 40+ minute wait in the drive thru is absurd.
Upon waiting the first 20 mins, going inside to investigate leads to finding out your order hasn’t even began cooking yet as the employees are doing nothing but chatting and it will be another 20+ min wait. This will be my final time at this location. Absolutely ridiculous

For one it sucks did not have mashed potatoes had to wait 40 minutes potato poppers sucked showed strawberry poppers got apple .that was disappointing .drove 45 minutes to eat and have to wait 40 minutes on food not happy

It was a normal experience until it came time to get my food. It took over an hour and a half to get my order. The shift lead was not very nice and when asked why it was taking *so* long, one of the cooks acted like he was going to jump over the counter. It was not a good experience. The food was good BUT even after waiting so long a bit of it was still missing. A phone call to the manager got the issue addressed but it was awful this visit.
