Every time I ask for chicken pot pie they are like I’ll see if we have any!! And most of the time they are out and the fries are hard like a rock I keep giving them a chance after chance but I’m done with this place

Every time I place an order and DoorDash, they forget 2 to 3 items and I get irritated because I cannot Go back they need to do better. I have four items missing do better KFC. at least DoorDash kind of reimburses me

For one it sucks did not have mashed potatoes had to wait 40 minutes potato poppers sucked showed strawberry poppers got apple .that was disappointing .drove 45 minutes to eat and have to wait 40 minutes on food not happy

It was a normal experience until it came time to get my food. It took over an hour and a half to get my order. The shift lead was not very nice and when asked why it was taking *so* long, one of the cooks acted like he was going to jump over the counter. It was not a good experience. The food was good BUT even after waiting so long a bit of it was still missing. A phone call to the manager got the issue addressed but it was awful this visit.

The lady at the counter was super nice! We ordered a bucket but asked for plates to eat some there first. She was very helpful. We didn't have to look for a clean table, they were all clean. We will be back.

Awful place the chicken was not good , they didn't even ask if we want regular or extra crispy and for got the say ..the cream.potatos were not mix good u can see the raw instant potato, and the biscuits were small , the dough not cooked all the way done ,do we had raw .biscuts. nope not eating there again ..they need new management there

Got a flyer last week with specials I really love their pot pies they are not cooking them 11:30am one day, no pies today we called at 2 p.m only had a couple and couldn't guarantee in 30 minutes there would be any we live 15 miles out this place needs better employees use to be a 5 now a 2!! Went back Saturday what a change got two good hot pies and were discounted to my surprise Thankyou so much 😀😀😀
