The lady at the counter was super nice! We ordered a bucket but asked for plates to eat some there first. She was very helpful. We didn't have to look for a clean table, they were all clean. We will be back.

Awful place the chicken was not good , they didn't even ask if we want regular or extra crispy and for got the say ..the cream.potatos were not mix good u can see the raw instant potato, and the biscuits were small , the dough not cooked all the way done ,do we had raw .biscuts. nope not eating there again ..they need new management there

Got a flyer last week with specials I really love their pot pies they are not cooking them 11:30am one day, no pies today we called at 2 p.m only had a couple and couldn't guarantee in 30 minutes there would be any we live 15 miles out this place needs better employees use to be a 5 now a 2!! Went back Saturday what a change got two good hot pies and were discounted to my surprise Thankyou so much 😀😀😀

On a trip, we stopped by and went through drive through! The lady at the speaker had a very professional voice! They were quick and the prices are great! Much cheaper then my local KFC!

Loved KFC until Sunday I ordered online asked for fries. They didn't even call me to let me know that they were out of fries. They put mashed potatoes in my bag. Wrote a terrible review and still waiting on a response. Plus my chicken strip was burnt or old. Couldn't eat it had to throw it away.

The place was dirty food on the floors hair in my biscuit chicken was very small .
Ask for thighs, then they offered thighs and breasts.. i said ok then got home with 5 thighs and the rest wings ... That was a major rip off. Just when i thought it was gonna be a good dinner it wasn't all the sudden.. so check your order well before leaving..

The service sucked I mobile ordered and when I got to the speaker the first thing the girl says is “one moment” which ok I get that but when I get my food and pull away I realize Im missing my gallon sweet tea which ok its fine I can waste more of my time and go in (which completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering). I go in to get the tea and the manager tell me straight to my face “ oh yeah she made it just now I don’t know why she didn’t hand it out”. I don’t want to hear excuses I wanna see a fast food place with workers whose head arent up their asses, but apparently that a miracle in toccoa. Teach your workers some common sense and manners. Thank you!! Ps I was still missing the sauces I bought after this.
