The New Site Is In Serious Need Of Customer Relations Tuning. The Main Issue Is Living Up To The "Hot And Ready" Reputation Little Ceasars Is Known For. Online Orders Seem To Get Preference Over In-Person Customers. Pizzas Are Sitting There In Plain Site..Hot!..But Not "Ready"..At Least Not For In-Person Customers, Because They've Already Been Purchased... Sending Customers and Revenue Straight To It's Competitors. Better Logistics Would Clearly Remedy This...That Is...If The Owner Cares. I Suspect I Will Gat A Canned Response..But Who Knows.. Ciao!

As always, it was great. They have the best pizza for the price. There's nothing like a good old movie night with little Caesars on the menu! Also, we just got a new building in Toccoa, Ga and it is sooooo nice! It Even has a drive through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our family will always eat at little Caesars¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙄
Have always loved Little Caesars pizza. Got pizza there last week and the order was wrong and pizza cold and we only live five minutes from them it was horrible. I will give them one more chance.

Went today and asked for my sauce and the lady at the window looked at me and said it doesn’t come with sauce this isn’t Papa John’s. My order did come with sauce and we had to go inside where she continued to argue that it didn’t come with sauce even though it was on the receipt

The drive through system is terrible! Get in line, order and pay, get a pager, drive around to park in the lot while they make the pizza. You have to get BACK in line to get your food. The owner is trying to save money by eliminating an associate to bring the food out and puts the burden on the customer. To be clear, the food and service were fine. The new building main selling point is the drive through and causes frustration.
