Cashed in my Parmesian bites reward. Freakn awesome!!! Went to take a bite of my pineapple & pepperoni pizza & noticed a small black hair tightly attached to a piece of pineapple. Def not a good thing!!

Honestly, this one location is not hot and ready. Waited over 30 minutes for food. A Hawiian and Italian Cheesebread. Should not have taken near that long for that simple of an order.

I ordered a deep dish with extra cheese (which cost around $2) on the app. Went to pick it up, they didn't have any napkins when asked. Got home around 10 p.m.(their closing time) and went to eat the pizza, I was starving, realized that not only did they not put extra cheese but barely any cheese at all! They were closed so called next day after they opened and explained what happened, the employee proceeded to get my information and then tell me to hold as they went talk to the manager. When they came back to the phone they said that they would have to call me back and said that that manager asked if I still had the pizza. Of course I do not have the pizza anymore. So when the manager called me back, they proceeded to tell me that they would not make it right as far as make me another pizza or give me my money back for the extra cheese. I have been customer to Little Caesars for as long as I can remember, anytime I ever had any problem with my order they would totally make it right and go above and beyond. This time they were not willing to do anything, not offer a coupon or anything! As a business I feel you should not treat your loyal customers in this manner. THEY COULD'VE OFFERED SOMETHING!! I was so shocked & and a Lil furious over how cold they was with this situation. I won't say I'll never eat from there again but THEY WILL NOT GET ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!!!
AM I IN THE WRONG?? BY EATING THE PIZZA??(I wouldn't have if 1)I didn't live so far away 2)they was still open. BUT I WANT TO HEAR FROM YALL!!!

Unfortunately I had to give this place even a single star to leave you all a warning... Don't waste your time or money going here. The food is never right! The people are always rude and act as though you spending money here is an inconvenience...take my advice just DONT GO HERE ORDER DOMINOS

The New Site Is In Serious Need Of Customer Relations Tuning. The Main Issue Is Living Up To The "Hot And Ready" Reputation Little Ceasars Is Known For.
Online Orders Seem To Get Preference Over In-Person Customers. Pizzas Are Sitting There In Plain Site..Hot!..But Not "Ready"..At Least Not For In-Person Customers, Because They've Already Been Purchased... Sending Customers and Revenue Straight To It's Competitors.
Better Logistics Would Clearly Remedy This...That Is...If The Owner Cares. I Suspect I Will Gat A Canned Response..But Who Knows.. Ciao!
