It’s always a crap shoot coming here. Like today, I literally only get it because my kids like it, but half the time they don’t get my son’s cheeseburgers right (just ketchup and cheese), they forget sauces, they get drink orders wrong. Sometimes it’s all right. Basically you should check the order before you leave or you can most certainly guarantee the order will be wrong.
Had a friend pick up a hot coffee with cream. The coffee was cold and had a ton of grounds in it. Jeez ussssss
Drive thru order-They forgot to put napkins and sauce in the bag with my food. I go inside, they try to charge me extra, I explain I never got either of those items. The employee chooses to argue with me over whether or not he put the missing items in my bag. No body wants to spend 10 minutes in a drive thru, just to have to turn around and do it again all bc items were left out of the order. Not to mention drive thru customers 100% do not want to go inside. Do your job right the first time and this won’t happen. Don’t argue with customers. Geez.

My mom and I came in looking for an ice cream and were shocked by how badly this place was put together. The floor was wet and the wet floor sign was still stacked against the wall unused. Only one side of the menu was working. And the staff were behind the desk arguing instead of helping the people standing around, ignoring us and instead fighting over who wanted to work the register. When someone finally addressed the people waiting, their ice cream machine was broken. So after a trip to their (very uncleaned bathrooms) I walked away.

McDonald's should consider switching to a fully AI operated staff. The customer service has somehow gotten worse (I didn't know that it was possible). If you don't read the rest, I'll sum it up in this paragraph. Don't go there if you value your time and sanity.
The coffee was not fresh in the slightest, the food is cold from dealing with an unnecessary situation that happened with a chaotic staff, it was rocket science for the staff to put in the discount codes, so the card was declined because they proceeded with transaction.
They told us the codes could be split between transactions, but the employee at the window had no idea I imagine due to either poor training, lack of communication, incompetence, or the combination of the three.
They kept my Cashapp card and told us we left it on the brick at the window even though it was in the building where the whole mess started. So, no one is capable of taking any accountability. It all makes perfect sense when you consider a poor business run by a bunch of burnouts. Seriously... AI mirrors pride in its work better than the living, breathing human beings in that store. Spare yourself the hassle.
Edit: Props to the manager. He did his best with whatever you guys gave him to work with. Cool guy. You should promote him

I never do reviews but felt i should do this one. Fiance, daughter and myself went through driveway to get milkshakes. I noticed the cashier girl was kinda snickering and holding the cup holder quite funny like but didn't think nothing of it. Went to grab it and all 3 milkshakes come falling out on me. Handed me a half ripped/ flimsy cup holder. But the worst part is, instead of her handing me napkins, apologizing or asking to do remakes or anything. She slams the windows shut and starts full on laughing. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Will never go back.
My husband waited for 32 minutes in line this morning for:
— Sausage McMuffin, Hashbrown and a hot Caramel macchiato.
When I bit into my sandwich I almost broke a tooth it was so hard. And my drink was not as it should have been. I don’t know what they did to it but it was absolutely disgusting.
—Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit and a Lg. Iced Caramel Macchiato.
The drink was a small and the biscuit was hard as a rock.
When we called to say something, the manager kept speaking over my husband and asked him to bring the food back in (against food regulations to do so). When he asked her to stop speaking over him, she continued to do so in a rude manor. Following she had hung up and blocked his phone number.
I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s.
Mobile ordered today and not many people were ahead of us in the drive-thru. We were asked to pull up when we got to the window. 21 minutes went by so I went in. No employees even acknowledged me. I had to stop someone taking food orders to cars. It took around 30 minutes to get our food. Manager said she filled that order a long time ago and I said we never got it. We were told sorry but I don’t think sorry is good enough to keep my business. Sorry, we won’t be coming back.
Not sure why there’s an option to order ahead of time when you’re sitting for an extra 15 minutes just for a happy meal. Then, you get told it was lost and had to be remade.

The food has gotten really bad there and I ordered around lunch and it was like it had been cooked for a couple of days.
I went to this McDonald’s yesterday and I’m very disappointed. The service was fine besides my food. When I got home to eat my food I found a LONG hair in my burger and I never received my straw for my drink or my ranch.
