Papa Johns Pizza

Be very careful ordering from here on DoorDash. They will hold your money and you can’t cancel your order. It is a GIANT pain to cancel and they do not answer the phone, the only way they cancelled my order is because they closed (I ordered 45 minutes before they closed).

Person grab the wrong bag last night

I ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher did not bring part of my order saying they dropped it. The dasher stopped communication with me when I called them out on it. I called the store itself and spoke with the manager David. He was so kind and understanding. He said he blocked the Dasher and he personally sent me another one of my order with an extra garlic rolls with sauce! I am above pleased and happy with the service!! David put a personal note on the boxes and it made my whole day! Toccoa restaurants can be give and take but David went above and beyond! Thank you David! I will continue to eat at our local Papa John’s because of you!

I’ve ordered my last pizza from this place. The last one I ordered had 2 inches of crust And too little sauce.

I’m amending my review because the manager Dave Reached out to me, Apologized and wanted to make it right. He offered a refund or a replacement pizza. I appreciated his response. It shows me he’s concerned about customer service.

Jorge was so nice. He did a very good job and we would definitely prefer him again. He delivered the pizza hot and it was freezing outside. Kudos to Jorge. He did a fantastic job on his first day!

Ordering over the phone is a joke! Dude was so high I hung up and ordered online. If y’all are going to pay an answering service that’s trying to sell me something else between each item I order, this isn’t gonna work out for you.

They know me by name so far at the toccoa store. Service is always in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and the pizza is always fresh and hot!!!

Vegetarian options: I just ask for the veggie delight bowl. They add all of the vegetable toppings and cheese, the bake like pizza only with out the bread.
