Food was not good at all. Very large dead roach on floor behind my seat. Unfortunately saw that after I had already tried to eat. Please for the love of Jesus do not eat at this place!

The best part of the visit was the cashier, Kaitlyn, she was very nice and helpful!! The food just ok, steak tips were over cooked, onion rings good but very greasy. Waitress were awful, we sat at our table for a good 15 minutes with the different just walking past us and not even saying Hi or getting ticket number. They only spoke once they saw me get up and look and see what was on the buffet. When our order was ready they were all standing there and too busy talking to even get our order to us. They hardly came by to refill our drink or see if we needed anything.

The food was awful. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. I hope DHEC shows up very soon.

The Food Was Good. Precautions Where Taken Due To Covid 19 and The Waitress Was Polite and Was There To Fill Out Tea When We Were Low. The Glasses Didn't Even Get A Chance To Get Empty. I Really Liked That. She Was On Top Of It.

First time visiting a Quincy's, we don't have this chain where I live. It was a little confusing first walking in, we weren't sure if we ordered first, or if we waited to be seated or what. We figured it out, got in line, ordered, found seats and waited for our food. I gotta say, reading some of these other reviews, it's very obvious that most people don't have a clue what goes in to running a business, especially first starting out. It takes time, money, dedication, and endless hours to get it up and going. It also takes a dedicated staff who want to be there. I can agree with some, the cleanliness could've been a little better, but as far as the decor being outdated or the floor being dirty, give the guy time! The owner came out and greeted us while we were waiting on our food, and he seemed like a pretty nice guy who wanted to make his customers happy. The food wasn't bad, especially for the price, the highlight of our evening was our server... VERY sweet young lady, I believe her name was Sara. She was getting ready to go on a trip to Florida the next day, and I don't know if it was the vacation virus that had her all kinds of happy, but this young lady was spot on in every way possible. Very professional, very sweet, wonderful personality!! She was tipped well, because she deserved every bit if it. I wish I had service like that every time I went out for food! I hope that the people giving the bad reviews will be willing to give this place another chance down the road. It takes so much to get a business going, even if it's been open before. It's a huge commitment that takes a lot of money and time to get going, at the same time I do hope the owner reads these reviews and does what he can to address the problems people are complaining about! I would love to see this place do well! To our server, if you ever read this, God bless you!! Thank you for being so great at what you do!! Have fun in Florida!!

A month ago my family had a huge craving for Quincy's. We live almost 2 hours away but since this is the closest decent buffet we decided to make the drive. We got there and they were closing the doors because the power was out. We understood that that wasn't their fault. So last night we decided to make the drive again. We called ahead to make sure they were open and serving the buffet. They told us that they didn't close until 8:30. We pulled up at 7:15 to see they had placed a sign on the door saying they closed early. At this point, we're pretty upset. We had been told they were open and ready for customers so we drove all the way there to be turned away at the door. We called and asked why they closed and they said it was because business was slow.....we pulled up with a van full and there were two other cars pulling in right at the same time we were. Not to mention the "manager" we spoke with on the phone was completely rude and acted as though there was nothing wrong with them closing AFTER they told us what time they were closing. Don't waste our time and say you'll be open and then close early. Had we not PERSONALLY called and asked how long they would be open, maybe it wouldn't have been such a big deal. Regardless, we will not be going back.

We ate dinner there tonight around 8pm. The bar food was old and dried over as if it had not been stirred. Hardly no meats were available but chicken and it was very greasy. The hush puppies were so hard could have hurt some one if thrown. No bowls or cones for the ice cream so the only thing we could really eat was the salad bar. The biggest disappointment is it was self serve. They told us when we came in that we had to wear gloves to dip our food , well that rule was not enforced. People all around us using their bare hands to dip food. That is very dangerous with COVID all around. We will not eat there again!

Down home cooking, menu or bar, or both. They did a good job opening back up after the covid shutdown too. Good service.

Food and service was great as always. I am rarely disappointed when I go there and we always leave full. Good people, good food, good service.

The food was good, not a big selection on their buffet but I know buffets are just now making a comeback. The carpet that covers the floor in the dining area was very dirty and needs to be cleaned. Actually is so bad that it probably should be replaced. I have been there many times in the past but I won't go back til I hear some good reviews.

Traditional country buffet, which currently is not allowed, was changed to menu-style and safe distancing practices for customers. Food was enjoyable with reasonable rates, and still served with their famous hot yeast rolls and honey butter.

I enjoyed the place it wasn't as crowded. As usual the service was excellent.
