Took the grandsons and they had absolute blast. Warmly greeted when we arrived. Very easy to get a lane. The person at the counter found a very light ball for the grandsons. Very thoughtful. Definitely will be going back!!

Some of our church went to Toccoa Bowling Alley and had the best experience! They were so patient, with such great hospitality, and everything went so smoothly! It is a clean place, with friendly kind workers! I Highly recommend it and will definitely be going again!

Had my one year old’s and three year old’s birthday party here. Was told by the man (I assumed he was the owner) that he wasn’t going to charge me full price bc my children were so young and unable to bowl. The day of the party came and the women working were extremely rude to me and everyone at the party. One asked if I was going to pay for the party before it even started, I stated I did she said no you didn’t you paid the deposit.. the man I booked the party with told me he put the receipt under the register to show them it was already paid in full. The woman then went to my husband and was extremely rude saying we still owed $70, which he paid without me knowing.I was also told I could set up for the party an hour before it started. I asked which outlet I could use to blow up balloons & the boy working the register told me to use the one in the front. When I went to tie the balloons and come back the same woman started yelling at me saying I couldn’t blow balloons up there and that she moved my air pump. When I went to finish blowing up the balloons, my pump was broken. She should have NEVER touched my things before mentioning it to me that she didn’t want me blowing balloons up right there. I wasted money on balloons that I wasn’t able to blow up bc she broke my pump. One of MANY rude instances of the day. When the party started they all stood at the counter staring and pointing towards everyone the entire party making it extremely uncomfortable for everyone. When it came time for the pizza, (we were told we HAD to buy pizza there and we couldn’t bring in our own food when the ppl on the other side had about 5 boxes of little ceasers), The pizza they sent over for children was cut into slices the size of my hand, when asked to please cut the pizza again the girl rolled her eyes and walked off after saying “I already cut it.” We had to go back over there three times to finally get her to come over and cut the pizza the way we were told it’d be cut when it came out. Not to mention the pizza was under cooked and nasty. I didn’t know it at the time but my husband was paying even more money for the pizza which should of been included in the party package they charged us for.. no drinks included when it states online drinks & pizza are included. Also we got charged for another hour after they sent the rude pizza girl over to tell us if we were planning on staying we needed to pay for another hour.. we still had 30 mins left!! The party they charged my husband for states two hours are included. We didn’t even bowl the last hour, we left. I’m not one to leave reviews but their attitudes were completely uncalled for. Shame on them. I will never ever go back here and neither will any of the people that joined us at the party. Extremely disappointing. False advertisement. Please have your kids birthdays elsewhere
