Some of the best customer service in town! I just walked in and ordered my usual and by the time I paid they had it already made for me. These are some of them most friendly folks in town. I highly recommend spending time getting to know them and letting them make your favorite drink!

I used to be a huge Starbucks fan but after today, I think I'm done. Went by got my usual lady swiped my card claimed it declined. I told her try again because I know my card is good, she says it declined. Asked for a different form of payment, I paid cash. I called bank to find out that yes the charge did go through on my end. I called back to Starbucks for the lady to insist on telling me she wasn't giving me a refund or fixing it because it didn't say that on her end. I asked for her manager and supposedly she was it, asked for who was over her and suprise they were supposedly on vacation.

It's frustrating when you've had good experiences in the past, and then one bad encounter ruins it all. Today, at the drive-thru, I encountered an extremely rude and unprofessional barista named Brittany Davis. She was aggressive and disrespectful when taking my order, and her behavior continued at the window with nasty looks. This kind of customer service doesn't belong at Starbucks.
