They always seem to be out of everything when I come in. They always have some bullshit excuse like blaming the shift before them. Seriously. Get your bloody act together .
I would not even give them any stars.They gave my sixty three dollar order to someone else, And all they kept saying is a man came and got it, Funny thing is I don't have a husband so that's a lie, Do not trust owner needs to be contact and shut down
the employees are rude and very dismissive they never have anything in stock. The lady who made my food acted like she was annoyed by my presence when she was making it. I love subway but yall have to do better or I will gladly never come to this location again. I once ordered off of doordash from here and I didn’t even receive what i ordered it had nothing but a slice of meat and a slice of cheese when I specifically put many toppings on my order.
I went tonight and got 3 Subs, cookies, and bottle drinks. Service was great tonight. The manager made our subs. She did a great job. She was polite, and when I asked for fresh veggies, she got them for me from the back. They were out of my usual bread, so I got white instead. The cookies were soft.
The Toccoa Subway never has anything in stock no meatballs, no lettuce always out of something. I don’t know who management is in Toccoa but they should make sure stuff is in stock. I mean no lettuce come on people just about everything on the menu has lettuce. Huge disappointment.
When I walked in there was one customer in front of me, it took her good 15 min or so to make our sandwiches
Fountain drinks machine only had 2 flavors sprite and dt coke ice tea was out

Ordered 2 subs through the app at 12:15, proceeded to wait in the lobby for almost an hour while the employees made orders for customers entering the store and ordering on-site after us. The app said our order would be ready by 12:30. At 12:55 when we finally took our order home, only one of the sandwiches had the correct toppings. The employees were polite and apologized for the wait, but it was a really frustrating experience. Why were orders placed after mine taking priority just because I placed my order online instead?

I order a Philly cheese steak with bacon toasted they didn't even toast it they could a at least heated the meat I have never ate something so distasteful I get it's pre cooked but I was not happy

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I should have known it was gonna be bad when I saw they have an 82 health inspection score. Their truck came Monday but they were out of everything. I asked for a cold sandwich and she toasted it because she was talking to friends and ignoring me. Took it anyways because of it was the last piece of wheat bread they planned on making for the day and only had 3 pieces of white bread left. This was 2 hours before they close mind you. Both the very large white girl and the black girl with short dreads were both horrible. The girl with dreads was especially rude and dismissive. She is the reason I quit going to Wendy's here. Now I'll never return to this location. The food tasted awful. Lettuce was hot and brown. The whole staff should be replaced. Now I know why I never see any cars there. At least I can go back to Wendy's.
