what i ordered, vs what i actually got. y'all better give me my money back because i paid for a BEEF chalupa, then paid EXTRA for more beef and sour cream and it’s a plain chicken chalupa. I do not eat chicken from fast food places so that’s just a cherry on top because i can’t touch this. Let the “soft tacos” speak for themselves. they are literally straight lettuce.

Cashier was extremely rude. They had no customers in drive thru or inside. Finally cashier came &took my order. Counters, tables and floors were nasty. I won’t eat there again. I wonder what their grade is. I don’t remember seeing a restaurant that dirty before. The food tasted okay and (I think) the manager gave me my food and he was polite.

I would just like to say that our order wasn't right yesterday June 20th 2025.. I called and spoke with the manager Zach and he replaced it immediately with courtesy and kindness and the food was excellent I highly recommend this Taco Bell the staff is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I also want to say that we've never had a problem at all before and that Donald who worked in the drive-thru yesterday when my husband came through was very pleasant and courteous!! This is literally the only Taco Bell that I will go to and Stevens county toccoa Georgia 💯🎉

This Taco Bell is not good! Didn’t get my order correct and I payed for all sorts of extras to my protein bowl included extra steak and didn’t get any of it. They said they didn’t have steak so gave chicken instead but only like a couple pieces! No black beans or sour cream on the bowls! My boyfriends was not done correctly either. All that money for extra and nothing!

This Taco Bell in specific is the reason Republicans refuse to hire the minimum wage. They got a quesadilla from here and the cheese wasn't melted and there was barely any chicken and there were slices that there were nothing on. By slices I mean the poorly cut barely there perforations that you had to rip apart and make a mess. They were so disgusted with the service and the quality of their food that they said absolutely no way we are raising the minimum wage above $7.25 for this quality of service

That night shift guy has some intercom riz and endurance. He managed to get me and loads of other drivers fed despite being out of half the menu while calmly and clearly stating the unavailable items to each driver as they approached.
The didn’t cut the quesadilla and the Mexican looked like it was thrown in the box. Very disappointed.

So the night time manager here is one of the best I've encountered. He saw I was in a bad spot awhile back, and instead of making it worse by pointing out I didn't have enough cash. He paid for it himself and then simply said that everyone needs a break sometimes. Id just prayed for something to give, anything, no matter how small I needed as sign. Well that night, right at closing, that sign said Taco Bell. Thanks again my friend.
That said, my rating is only 3 star due to over all pricing. They have gone mad at the prices they charge. But the service is A1.

I went thru the drive‐thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla and when I got home,the food wasn't cut all the way thru,so I had to tear it apart and it couldn't have been any drier. Was not fresh at all.

I am certain they violate franchisee policy by not putting out sauces. You have to ask them for sauce and they will hand you one or two no matter how large your order is. Report them to corporate. The location is also dirty. Trash on tables, on the ground, and dirty bathrooms. I moved here a couple years ago. I gave this location two chances and haven’t been back since July, 2023.
