The food was the best Hot and Delicious at reasonable prices—big portions. They were slammed at 1230pm today. Guarantee they hadn't had a Monday crowd like what happened today every table filled between 1215pm and 1240pm Manpower was limited. Not their fault. They were courteous and friendly and did their very best. We waited longer than usual but that's ok never rush the cook or the help. Customers should always be kind to whom ever serves them food whether free (Moms) or paying. Will definitely eat there again and recommend.

They have started serving breakfast now, and it is unbelievable. I had the chicken and waffles, and they are the best around. I was with two other people and they ordered the omelet and breakfast burrito. They both looked like really good options. I highly recommend X-Factor for a great Saturday morning breakfast spot.

I ORDER AN VEGGIE OMELETTE AND I ASKED THEM TO GO AHEAD AND SEASON IT IN THE PROCESS OF COOKING IT. IT WAS REALLY GOOD, THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS GETTING MUSHROOMS AND A DIFFERENT CHEESE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT.

Honestly me and my girlfriend had an amazing time here, the atmosphere was good, the service was good and fast, even when we were in there past 5 which is their closing time they didn't rush us out or anything, plus the food came to us fast and it was delicious. Definitely going to make this a regular spot to go and eat.
Ordered hamburger steak and asked it be cooked medium. It came almost burnt. I don’t think servers or cooks pay any attention to details any more. But the hamburger steak was inedible.

Hamburger meat was rare. Sent back three times to finish cooking. The “cook” came out and said we serve it rare,medium or well done. I sat hamburger has to be cooked well done or it could make a person sick. I’m 70 years old, a diabetic and I don’t need salmonella

Grabbed lunch with my daughter and it was a very nice experience. We got the kids chicken tenders, a club sandwich, and a Philly cheesesteak to-go all of which I would recommend to anyone. Everything was very fresh and we can’t wait to visit again and try more!
