Nice casual atmosphere diner , friendly folks and great food . Seems to be a local favorite , as the dining room was full when we came in . Downtown Toccoa is beautiful , and shaded and a really cool place and the grill was a nice place to eat . The food was tasty and the server great. Prices weren’t bad either . Restaurant opens onto an antique mall that is worth checking out .

I ate lunch here and my meal was 24.15 and I left a five dollar tip which was more than 20 percent and I looked at my bank statement I was charged the 29.15 and another seperate charge of ten dollars on my account by them and I have tried to speak with the manager as to why they are stealing ten dollars from me and he said he was going to check and call me back and never has I guess I’m going to speak to a lawyer about this matter and the local news I have tried to resolve this nicely but they don’t want to do anything about it. You did not tell me that on the phone and I can show you that charge on my account and I tried to talk to you after you said you would call me back and never did the bank said they would stop the charge on my account I took to my keyboard as you say because you want to not do anything about it and you had my card that day when you ran it for the 29.15 so you had my card it just don’t randomly appear on my banking statement 10 dollars to xfactor I came to social media because you are in the wrong and how many other people has your server cheated before ?im not a liar it’s on my statement at my bank which I can print and show anyone that wants to see

The food was the best Hot and Delicious at reasonable prices—big portions. They were slammed at 1230pm today. Guarantee they hadn't had a Monday crowd like what happened today every table filled between 1215pm and 1240pm Manpower was limited. Not their fault. They were courteous and friendly and did their very best. We waited longer than usual but that's ok never rush the cook or the help. Customers should always be kind to whom ever serves them food whether free (Moms) or paying. Will definitely eat there again and recommend.

All around a perfect place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Don’t pass this up.
They have started serving breakfast now, and it is unbelievable. I had the chicken and waffles, and they are the best around. I was with two other people and they ordered the omelet and breakfast burrito. They both looked like really good options. I highly recommend X-Factor for a great Saturday morning breakfast spot.

I ORDER AN VEGGIE OMELETTE AND I ASKED THEM TO GO AHEAD AND SEASON IT IN THE PROCESS OF COOKING IT. IT WAS REALLY GOOD, THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS GETTING MUSHROOMS AND A DIFFERENT CHEESE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT.
