The Toccoa, GA Wendy's location has had a staff change for the better! Instead of rude unfriendly staff, you now have staff that smiles and knows how to carry on a conversation with their customers. Way to go Tocca Wendy's! PS... The dining room temp is always a little on the hotter side.

I waited about 20 minutes before getting my food and while I was waiting the workers were arguing and talking about..Maggots. Like ew and when I did end up getting my food there was a UNCOOKED fry (I mean literally just the potato) and a piece of plastic in my Cinnabons, the kids meal was also really undercooked. I do not recommend this Wendy’s and I did. NOT enjoy my stay and my food.

Honestly, if y'all spent less time on your phone and more time working, people would get their food faster and y'all wouldn't have to complain about how long the line is. 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for my food is ridiculous.
Nothing but a bunch of young kids who play around the food! Will never be back.

Bunch of no brained idiots back there. Ordered 3 meals and they got everything single one wrong in some way. mixed up the ingredients on the burgers cause they cant comprehend and added or took off extra ingredients without being told to .Listening goes along way learn how to do ts. How you get something on your menu wrong you don’t know how to make ts you sell?

Really good food, once it's taken and delivered.. takes forever to get a server to take our order And get it right. But I've it's right it's really good
Vegetarian options: Get better servers and make sure they listen to their customers
