Ordered 3 meals and they got everything single one wrong in some way. mixed up the ingredients on the burgers cause they cant comprehend and added or took off extra ingredients without being told to .Listening goes along way learn how to do ts. How you get something on your menu wrong you don’t know how to make ts you sell?

Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger. I went during lunch yesterday, and ordered a dave's single and some sauced nuggets. This was the most disappointing experience i've ever had at a Wendy's.
The meat was room temperature and the veggies on the burger were warm. It seems like it was made ahead and sat for some time before it was served. No way the food was even close to holding temperature (144 degrees).
The sauced nuggets were just sitting in a pool of oil and didnt seem like they were tossed at all and were also room temperature.
I keep trying different times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Im thoroughly just done with this location. Paying a minimum of 15 bucks for food for it to come out like that just isnt worth it at all. Sorry.

They were out of cup holders & large bags. They didn't tell me that until I had paid and they were handing me 7 drinks with nothing to put them in. I get they can't help that they are out of stuff but they need to say it when you order.
Toccoa back at it again serving false advertisement and a waste of money I mean come on if I’m gonna spend 20 plus dollars on two meals can u at least get it right nothing was changed and I was missing 4 things on each meal your building a burger not a house

Unquestionably the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at, in over 30 states. Today the manager YELLED at me because I asked for a second cup to put around my large cup, so it wouldn't collapse while I was driving, after being rude with me when I placed my order and limiting me to two ketchup packets for my large fry. Other times I've eaten there, this same manager was rude, loud and generally unprofessional. Wendy's is my favorite lunch restaurant--I'll drive out of my way to go to them. I will drive out of my way to never eat at this one again.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is consistently horrible. Fries cold, chicken nasty and old like it was cooked yesterday, hamburger yes just a plain old ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion hamburger made wrong. Drinks flat. I would go back and demand my money back but they are always so rude I don’t even feel like dealing with it on this beautiful Sunday. My food was not edible!!! I just threw $23 away!!!
