The big woman working probably ate all the food because they were out of everything, food was cold and the eggrolls burnt!! ZERO STARS. Do better zaxbys this is disgusting.

Fries choked me. They were dry and tasted stale. The tacos were a chicken strip with some green sauce that had minimal flavor. Very disappointing!!!

I love NO seasoning on my fries EVERY time I come here now! Then on top of that my usual.. the loaded fries is cold everytime! Cheese is never melted and it’s always stuck together at the bottom. Hardly ever looks appetizing anymore. 😁👏 Ever since they received new management and kitchen staff the place has gone down hill with their food and friendly service. On top of that the tables and chairs are normally filthy with crumbs from previous customers. 👎 My family and I will not be returning until something is done about this. SEASON. YOUR. FRIES. ZAXBYS. If I wanted to eat bland fries I’d eat a raw potato.

I went to this location on this past Sunday afternoon around 1230. They were super busy. But my food came really quick and was very good. The dining room was packed. On top of all that ,the guy who brought my food was nice and very friendly. He apparently was the General Manager . John . Our experience here was better than I ever had and will definitely return
