It has been a while since eating at Thompson’s Cove! The food was good, but we decided it was no longer worth the drive! We had not been there in over a year. We went last night, IT WAS AMAZING! The best Devil Crab I have ever eaten, hush puppies light as a feather, shrimp was wonderful and the most delicious Cole slaw I have ever eating! I am so glad we returned to try it again! Well worth the drive if it was twice as far! We told the owners, it was better than we remembered...
Best meal I’ve had in a long time! Each item was as good as the next! The hush puppies come straight from Above and the catfish was perfect! Excellent coleslaw, shrimp fried to perfection, scrumptious deviled crab; you gotta go to Thompson’s Cove!
Everything was excellent. I ordered the seafood platter which consisted of fish, oysters, shrimp, scallops, devil crab with hushpuppies and two sides. My wife ordered catfish fillet. It was all so good.
