The cookies were overcooked. I would have waited for more to be cooked. I was not given that opportunity. The cookies were given to me as they were. The place was very busy, so I understand how the cookie may have been overcooked. However, it's always a better practice to ask if the customer would like the item recooked. I've ordered from here many times and this is the only bad experience. The pizza was great.

That was the case with our recent visit to the Townsend location as we were passing through the area from PA to FL and made a quick take-out stop for dinner at SPC. Thanks for your impressive service and a dinner that we didn't have to cook during a busy travel week!
