The cookies were overcooked. I would have waited for more to be cooked. I was not given that opportunity. The cookies were given to me as they were. The place was very busy, so I understand how the cookie may have been overcooked. However, it's always a better practice to ask if the customer would like the item recooked. I've ordered from here many times and this is the only bad experience. The pizza was great.

That was the case with our recent visit to the Townsend location as we were passing through the area from PA to FL and made a quick take-out stop for dinner at SPC. Food is fantastic - the pizza is several levels above any of the large chain delivery services. I love the pesto base pizza - wings are great too. If there is an issue they will fix it!

This was the WORST pizza I’ve ever tasted. My friends and I ordered a large pizza Saturday (7/22/23) and when we called in this order it was 9:07PM to be exact. Which means that had about 54 mins to make the pizza the RIGHT WAY!! The pizza we received was an upside down pizza. The cook must forgot to put the cheese at the bottom but instead she put it on top and covered the whole pizza and it did NOT look like meat lovers. It was so much cheese that covered the meat it was a cheese pizza. It was the nastiest pizza!! They will NOT be seeing us again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service is so good... My dinner for my family was piping hot, even by delivery!!! We had specialty pizzas and they were perfect. And the delivery was extra respectful !!! Best thing in Eulonia!!!
