If I could give zero stars...I WOULD. My family and I waited 15 mins before I ended up chasing a waitress down to ask her if we seat ourselves due to being confused. Finally another waiter walked past and asked if anyone has helped us and my sister stated no. He said give him another 5 mins and my sister said it's been 15 already mins already. The waiter told my sister... I'm running food obviously....WHATTTTT??? Wait a minute MS SIR. I told her let's go....GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONEEEE! So sad ?

After being promptly seated in a relatively empty restaurant I was ignored for the next 20 minutes. So I left. I was dining alone. Sitting at a table with my menu folded up and looking around. At least two servers walked by without any acknowledgement. It only takes a second to check on a person and get them some help.

Waitstaff was clueless, Manager was even worse! Took 30 minutes for a medium rare steak that came out well done! Was completely done with my sides before the waiter even came back to check on me! Then took another 35 minutes to get a correctly cooked steak! Asked for manager who promptly disappeared after assuring me that she was getting my bill and a bag for my dinner.... After waiting another 35 minutes without any bill or offer of recompense I just got up and left!

Didn’t take our drinks or nothing still waiting just for them to say the kitchen is closing down they only can do appetizers. I mean why have us wait if you know you were closing terrible birthday ever . Never again !!!

On 3/3/2024 at 5:15 pm, my husband and I went to Applebees we waited for 10 minutes to be seated, but no one showed up we had to seat ourselves. Then our food never came we waited for 1and 30 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager the waiter said he was outside. It is so horrible we paid for our drinks and appetizer that took 30 minutes to get we left.
As far as food goes.. applebees is applebees. U either like it or u don't.As far as SERVICE goes.. HORRIBLE. In both the bar and dining area the employees are very unattentive, slow and a little inconsiderate. Coming here already extremely hungry was the first mistake I made considering it took almost 30 minutes before my party of 2 (me+1) was even acknowledged. Another 15 before our waitress came back to get our order, even tho I mentioned to begin with that we were ready to order.

Worst service I have ever received by Cristina, the bartender. I sat at the bar for 15 min before I was greeted (by the way there was only one other individual at the bar and they have already eaten their food). The bartender and multiple staff members waited around and just looked at me and never offered to greet me with a menu. Once I ordered my food and beverages after sitting for 25 minutes, I was given my food first with no drinks and not even silverware. I had to ask for silverware and remind the bartender for my water after I’ve eaten all of my food already. She mentioned it was her first night, but it just appeared as if she didn't even care or even make an attempt to try. It’s really disappointing because I enjoy Applebees, but unfortunately I will not be coning to this location anymore.
