Avoid This Caterer – Unprofessional and Dishonest
We hired Dave Patel of Art of Flavors for our baby shower in Florida, paying nearly $12,000 in advance after he assured us he could handle the venue’s limited kitchen. Despite clear communication, he failed to deliver key items—like dessert shooters and a promised mocktail. We received store-bought punch labeled as “fresh fruit mocktail” and a sheet cake resembling one from Sam’s Club. One dessert was entirely missing.
Post-event, Dave promised a $2,200 refund, which never arrived. After weeks of follow-ups, he sent only $1,000 in partial payments—only after legal pressure—and then vanished. We’re still owed $1,200.
Do not trust this vendor. If you must hire him, do not pay in full upfront. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

Art of Flavors catered multiple events for my wedding and my guests and I couldn’t be happier! They did a fantastic job on traditional Gujarati food as well as fusion dishes. The wedding was a couple weeks ago and our friends are still talking about how much they enjoyed the chicken 65 & waffles, masala Mac & cheese, shrimp & upma, bhel, and gulab jamun at our reception! Everything was delicious and served at the right temperature, I’ve been craving their masala masala Mac & cheese nonstop and need to look into ordering some just for me when I’m next in Atlanta… Huge thanks to the Art of Flavors team for making our wedding so special and feeding us so well!

Dhaval, KP, and Pali are amazing. They are awesome at what they do and they are great people. They are very communicative and offer good advice but never push too hard to change your vision. They didn’t disappoint at all. The food was fresh, hot, and there was plenty of every dish!
The food is so unique and innovative. They make the OG stuff so darn good (especially their Guju food) but at the same time make all the other cuisines amazingly. They know how to merge flavors to create fresh fusion dishes that I could never even dream of. It’s not social media trending dishes either, these items come straight from their minds!
Going to use them for events in the future, including small get togethers with friends and big parties, and I recommend you do the same!
Also most of the hater reviews are just from one event, don’t believe it.

First Off Art of Flavors Truly made this one of the best parties south georgia has every seen. People usually come to a party and leave talking about 3 Things: 1) Food, 2) DJ and 3) Location. This party checked the box for all 3. The guest are still talking about where the food came from. Why havent we had this before. The only thing we may have done wrong for the southern event market is set the bar really high for those that have a party and dont invite Art of Flavors back down. They Killed It LITERALLY. From the Fusion Chicken 65 and Waffles, Latin Pani Puri, Lamb Chops, Mini Masala Papad, Live Dosa and Mexican Pizza to even more, KP and His team really showed up on this one. The reviews You see Before this one should not be looked at. The food was on time, food was flavorful, and most importantly the talk of the party when I went around to all the guest. If I could recommend anyone else even more here on out, It would be Art of Flavors for your wedding, reception, birthday, baby shower and more. They truly told me they would take care of me and this vendor truly did just that. If I could change 1 thing about the food would be .... absolutely nothing.
