Came to the pre closing of Blue Ribbon Grill. It's been a standout for 43 years. My favorite people are Beth , the bartender, and the server. Eddie, one of the prior owners, showed his support to his former employees. Jill, the evening bartender, made an appearance. Goodbye to y'all.
Lunch date with my Little Princess. Her selections were meatloaf, potatoes and gravy, and green beans. I had a cup of chili, medium cooked bacon cheese burger, and onion rings.The food was very good, service was fast and attentive by Nicole, sad to learn their new location is further away from us.
They were short staffed and it took forever to get our food. Our waiter did his best to get it out but it was a very long night waiting for food and drinks. Wanted the chicken pot pie but they were out which is one of their staples on their menu so not sure how they ran out of it already.
