I don’t usually leave reviews, and there’s nothing wrong with the brusters — But I just don’t get the blasts. I ask for a small blast with two mix-ins, and it’s always just a cup full of ice cream with all the mix-ins sitting on top — barely any throughout. and the ones on top are scarce Like, if I wanted a few scoops of ice cream with some toppings on top, I’d order that. A blast should have the mix-ins all the way through, but it never does. The only time it’s ever decent is when I pay an upcharge for like four different mix-ins. Other than that, it’s just kind of annoying.

Tucker has my favorite Bruster's location! The staff is always friendly, patient and most helpful. And of course, the ice cream is excellent every time!

I went to Brusters today at around 8:40 pm, I went to get an ice cream cone birthday cake and Oreo, when I was about to receive my icecream, I heard the lady with the hijab say ā€I licked the icecreamā€ to the cashier and the cashier was just smiling, don’t go to Bruster if you want normal ice cream

The cashier was wearing filthy black disposable gloves. She handles money, swipes credit cards, etc. She went to make my ice cream cone with the same filthy gloves on. I can’t believe that management doesn’t have food safety handling procedures in place. Staff should know to change out these ā€œdisposableā€ gloves after every transaction. And don’t make cones, blasts, etc with dirty gloves. What got me was when she felt bothered when I asked her in a polite way to change out her gloves before making my ice cream cone. She then said with an attitude that she will just get someone else to make it. In other words she was not changing out of those dirty gloves and she didn’t. She kept them on for the next customer behind me. Sad

On time, September 16, 2024, at 2:37 PM. I drove to this particular location just for the apple dumplings, and as I got to the drive-through, I saw a man staring through the window, diverting the worker's attention from the customer. After the employee said, "You can continue with your order," I informed her what I intended to get, but she disregarded me. I repeated my order, and once more I was disregarded. She eventually informed me that the items I had come for were not available at this location. This disturbs me as a culinary critic, and the customer service needs to improve.

They advertised customer appreciation (email sent from this location), but didn't honor it when we came. We were told it was automated.... Ateast honor things that come from your location or offer something!
