This location is consistently underwhelming in terms of efficiency, customer service and quality. On my most recent visit, I ordered a Whopper and was informed upon pulling up to the drive thru window that they had no lettuce or tomatoes. I inquired if there would be a discount since the sandwich would be missing standard items and the employee said she could give a 10% discount. When she summoned the manager, he advised that no discount could be given even though my Whopper would have no lettuce or tomatoes. I just drove away. This location should be closed and start fresh with better management.

Never busy but screws up my order at least 50% of the time. Imagine being told to pull ahead because they don't want you in the Drive-Thru because that messes up how their order times look to their bosses but you're the only one there and when they do finally bring your order two bacon egg and cheese croissant with crispy bacon sandwiches consistently gets confused with sausage egg and cheese but I guess that's what you get when nobody gives a shit.

I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. After ordering on the app IN the parking lot I still waited 22 min only to receive burnt burgers, overcooked fries/rings & a diet coke they attempted to pass off as a dr pepper. And I guess I forgot to tell them hold the mold. Who's managing this location? Worst BK experience ever & customer service has done nothing to rectify the issue, not even a response...

They act like they don’t close at midnight and will act they have nothing in the store. I pulled up last night and the “we’re closed” message comes on the intercom even though they close at 12. She immediately asks me to pull around only for some idiot at the register to tell me they don’t have what i ordered and they weren’t trying to make anything else.

Ordered two whopper juniors and NONE of the sandwiches actually had a burger patty on it. No kidding. When the general manager couldn’t refund the charge back to my card, I told him cash would be fine. Nope. Couldn’t open his mind to that. Wow. I don’t know what to say about the Burger King at 4094 Lawrenceville highway except stay away.
