I love Captain D’s but this location food is the WORST ever! The consumer service is great! This the only location where fried pickles is trash! My fish was cold and half cooked! This is my second eating at this location and the first wasn’t pleasing either, I don’t understand why this location is still open!! I’m just disappointed and I will NEVER eat here again!

Update 4/29/24. Went to drive thru ordered 4 pieces battered fish and two extra sides. When I got home to eat I was surprised. The food was extraordinary. The fish portion was generous and so were all the sides It was a welcome surprise. I will be going more often!
Update from my previous review. I received a call from the manager Thursday. Shawn Cooper, listened and apologized for my drive-thru experience. She offered to replace my meal at no cost to me. I went there Friday and explained my call and what items should be included. lol and behold Ms Cooper was there. When she is there she runs a tight ship. I received my replacement order. Hot and cooked to perfection.
Thank you Ms. Cooper and I will be back again. You kept a loyal customer.

We got take out. The staff is warm & welcoming. I took a lil' break outside and one of the ladies brought me my food out which she didn't have to since I was fixin' to go back in but I thought that was SO nice. So sorry I can't remember your name. She was a nice blonde. My husband was satisfied and everything came out hot. ?

The food looked like it had been cooked with old oil. The swipe machine was not working so I was unable to get my proper discount. It took a while for me to get my order, and when I got home, it was all wrong. I ordered the original, and they gave me spicy, and I don't like spicy food. So I was very disappointed for sure.

This is the worst captain, D’s experience I’ve ever ever had in my life. There were more employees than customers. The heavyset tall African-American guy kept walking around, asking for some to go get them a burrito across the street. My food had burnt specs all over it instead of the crack ones. I threw it all away. They saw me do that no one said a word. They were so busy talking to each other. It took them a while to even greet me. The lady forgot my Drink And when she did get it, she gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet. They don’t listen they don’t pay attention and their food is horrible at this location. It made me very sad because I used to love Captain D’s but after this, I’m not gonna go back.

I’m a truck driver. Walked over an hour before close and got refused service because lobby was closed and against policy to order at the drive thru
The food was lukewarm even though the district manager was making the plates and directing the usual cook..I had two skimpy pieces of fish on a bed of burnt bits..my potato was hard and my corn was sweet and cold...deplorable food..won't advise anyone to eat
