The cashier taking the order said that the receipt machine had been out of order for over a week so she couldn't give me a receipt for the over $30 order that I placed. It's funny how she gave a receipt to the customer in front of us. She said that she gave her a receipt from the machine in front of the window. She didn't have a name tag and her while persona was shady. Forewarned is forearmed. The sandwiches were good, but it still gave me an uneasy feeling that I couldn't even prove that I bought them.

I ordered delivery cause I had a craving. Food arrived hot and crispy but the sauces I ordered weren't included. Fortunately I had saved some in my refrigerator. Lobster bisque was pretty good with detectable lobster chunks.

One of my weirdest fast food experiences ever. First off, the building wasn't open to customers; they even had a large trash receptacle blocking the door inside. Then, I waited about 25 minutes behind only 1 other vehicle to pick up my drive through order; I actually started to worry that they were getting held up or maybe there was a medical emergency and called the store but got no answer. Finally, the vehicle in front of me left and I pulled up to pay for and receive my 1 large order of okra. The order taker had gotten my order slightly wrong and I only received a side of okra, and paid almost $4 for it- was told by the employee at the window that it would be more like $11 for a large. Maybe this is perfectly normal and I'm not accounting accurately for inflation, but this seemed strange. Also, my side came in a little Styrofoam bowl instead of a cardboard box, which was odd, and made the okra kind of squished and the breading a bit moist. Luckily, I don't mind that and it was good fried okra :)
Waiting TOO LONG at the window for my food, just to be disappointed with lukewarm fish, soggy & cold fried okra AND cold & hard fries.

I went here on 9/23/2024. I got a big fish sandwich and a 3pc fish plate with fries and okra. The order didn't take long. The food was fresh and delicious. I started eating at this restaurant later in life. My bro used to get his kids the family pack when I used to visit him in my 20's.

I ordered clam strip app. 2 people ordered meals behind me. They got their food first. When I got mine they were COLD. Asked for money back. They offered to put them down in the fry oil again !! I said no. She FINALLY gave money back and NEVER APOLOGIZED OR SAID A DAMN THING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER GOING

GET MORE HELP!! Why is there one person taking orders for in store and drive thru, bagging orders, handing order out, cashiering for in store and drive thru. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't be waiting here twenty plus minutes just to pick up a delivery order when there's a total of four cars in drive thru line and two customers inside waiting for the food. Orders not even been started yet. Took about fifteen minutes for a lady to finally get around to trying to take my order when I'm here for a delivery pick up. Too focused on drive thru. Didn't have the order made. Didn't start the order till after being told was here to get it. So over twenty minutes to pick up a delivery that should've been done and ready to hand out.
