Great food and service as usual. My rating is lowered because of the extremely long wait time in the drive-thru. One car took so long, and they would not move it to let others be served. As a result, my fried okra was no longer crispy because it had sweated in the to-go box while I was waiting in line. I called back to the restaurant, requesting a fresh order, and was told no problem, and to come back and get it. I'm glad that they rectified that part of my experience.

Waited in drive thru for about 25 minutes. Got to window and paid just to wait 7 more minutes just to be told to pull to the side with the 3 cars in front of me to wait even longer. Been waiting here about 10 minutes so far with no food. I took a survey since I seem to have plenty of time to kill.I ordered 2 classic 3 piece meals. Nothing special but I've been waiting for 30 or so minutes with no explanation. Why don't these places care about customers anymore. Since covid seems like this is the norm and these places don't care as long as stupid customers are ok with this.

We drive from Marietta to this (Norcross) location once weekly because it has never disappointed us. The manager and staff are attentive. (The grilled white fish is our favorite.)

The albino girl working at the front register is so freaking rude. I placed my order online. I arrive at the store and go to the window. A woman greeted me and told me to drive up to the window to pick up my order. I sat behind another car for 10 minutes. I then called the store and a nice young man assisted me and told me I could come in to pick up the order so I didn’t have to wait in line. I park and go inside. The albino girl says my name and slams the food down on the counter and walks away. This is the slowest Captain D’s with the worst customer service ever! I got home and had to put all the food in the oven because it was not fresh. The location on Montreal rd is so much better with nicer staff and better food.

This location disappointed me Thursday 1/11/24I went into the location and no one was at the counter to help for 5 mins. No one greeted me then the cook yells hey. So the cashier finally came over mean mugging me asked me what I wanted then left me standing there walked over to the drive thru window and proceeded to take a few people's orders without letting me know anything so I left without saying anything because I will be calling their manager today cause I didn't appreciate that at all. The cashier's attitude was foul and unprofessional.

First time visiting Captin Ds. Lets start with the good. The staff was friendly and the food was served quickly but the food quality was terrible. Think below grade school cafeteria quality. The French fries were chewy and old tasting, the fish taste cheap with a weird texture. The butterfly shrimp was just okay. The entire platter gave off an old grease smell which made this place a one and done for me.
