So the experience I had the last time I went to Rally's was super unprofessional. I called corporate and they sent me a coupon. I went to another Rally's and it was the same unprofessional experience. They refused my coupon, snatched my phone trying to read and understand the coupon, and laughed while telling me they think it's fake and their scanner doesn't work to actually check it. I will never go back to Rally's, and I'm going to continue to post about my experience. No one should be waisting their money here or at any of their restaurants. Rally's can care less about it's customers!

This place is a complete joke. Online it shows they’re open until 2:00 AM — I pulled in at 1:25 with lights on and everything running. The second I got to the speaker, the employee literally shut the system off in my face and disappeared. Didn’t say a single word. Just vanished for 15 minutes while I sat there like an idiot.
If the workers here hate their jobs this much, either close the store or hire people who actually want to work. Absolute worst service, zero professionalism, and a total waste of time. This location needs a serious wake-up call.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at the restaurant at 2:53 a.m. It showed online that the restaurant closed at 3:00 a.m. but instead the young man said they were closed... If you have hours that are listed, you should abide by those hours so customers will not be driving. Expecting to get food and get denied the privilege because they decide to close early that night. I hope this issue would be addressed and I never have to experience this again..

My food is always hot and the staff is nice when I pick up my online orders and delivery orders.
Food was made as ordered, so food was fresh and hot. Order was taken by automated service. Didn't like the fact that even though I ordered wings, it is a fee for sauce as a condiment. I could see if I asked for extra ranch, then extra charge is understandable. Otherwise meal was great. Please order you fresh apple pies, yes two. Thank me later.😉
