Lady talking on her phone about Saturday night. Super rude and inattentive. Waited in line for 10 minutes for her to tell me to drive all the way to the other side. And wait another 15 minutes because I had a mobile order. 2:55 on Sunday 12/1!!!!! Scratching her head with no gloves and making food with no gloves. This cannot be real in 2024. Also got my order wrong with no cheese but charged and no ketchup with xl fry’s.

Tried the $7.29 large BBQ brisket. Nothing extraordinary, tasted like a regular 🍔. The $2.99 chicken nuggets aren't worth a mention either. There was a quantity of 4 of those. The service was exceptional. The food, mediocre. Better value then McDonald's but just the same quality fast food. 🤢

Placed order online, when arriving a lady was on her cell phone with a glove on.. she didn't change her glove which is the only thing that bothered me.. She was nice though when she came to get our name. She then continued to work. It didn't take too long for them to finish.. the food was good, fries fresh as usual at this location and the drinks were on point as always.
Tonight I was asked to go through the drive thru three different times for different items on my order. When I asked for the reason I wasn't provided one. I drove off without the rest of my order.

I went to Checkers on Jimmy Carter order 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich the sign said 2 for $5 the total came to $6 and change so when I got to the window I said that's wrong I pointed to the sign with the deal they said that has ended they wouldn't honor the sign price. Then the Manager said No the new price UNBELIEVABLE so I drove off. This is the second time I've gone through this. AWFUL business I'm going to have to find me a new Checkers!!!!
