Genuinely one of the most egregious Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The service wasn’t that great, which normally I don’t care that much about, but when the food is as bad as it was, other factors start to play in. I got a number 2, and that sandwich was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried from any fast food restaurant. The sweet tea is pretty much always watered down and unsweetened every single time I’ve ever gotten it. And even the fries are always SOMEHOW mid; like, bro, how do you mess up French fries? Especially Chick-fil-A fries; I’ve never had bad Chick-fil-A fries before I went here. Idk man, I can always count on Chick-fil-A to give me a good meal, but the three times I’ve been to this location, the experience has just been rancid. Just steer clear of this one.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A location ever. They are always out of stock of something and take forever. They don’t seem to be training their employees correctly anymore. I was in the drive thru line forever and they still got my order WRONG.

I ordered a vanilla milk shake! NOT a vanilla milk shake with whipped cream and cherry on top! STOP putting that gross whip cream in the vanilla shakes!!!

I’m in town from Texas and we’re ordering the foods is always good but the service is terrible. Like we know is chick fil-a is always have a great service and nice people but we are really disappointed how they treat the customer. Hope the management will do better next future in this location.

I’ve had to return burnt food too much or my food is cold in real time. Poor customer service. Then when you try to fix THEIR mistake they want to give you a hard time. Once left a message for general manager never even followed up. Just keep driving. I promise this location is an example of who you don’t taking your money and serving you food!
