Maybe I have been spoiled by the quality if the Chik Fil A at home, but tonight I had the worst food (inedible) from this location.
Seriously ive had cardboard fresher than the bun they served me. As a former food service worker I cant believe that chicken they served wasnt beyond the food safety limits.
Then I spent 20 minutes in hold for customer service only to give up.

Food is always lukewarm and never fresh. And because their two drive thru lines merge into one, it takes forever to receive your order. The chick fil a on Wesley Chapel in Decatur is way better and faster. I’ll just stick to getting my food in Decatur.

Genuinely one of the most egregious Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The service wasn’t that great, which normally I don’t care that much about, but when the food is as bad as it was, other factors start to play in. I got a number 2, and that sandwich was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried from any fast food restaurant. The sweet tea is pretty much always watered down and unsweetened every single time I’ve ever gotten it. And even the fries are always SOMEHOW mid; like, bro, how do you mess up French fries? Especially Chick-fil-A fries; I’ve never had bad Chick-fil-A fries before I went here. Idk man, I can always count on Chick-fil-A to give me a good meal, but the three times I’ve been to this location, the experience has just been rancid. Just steer clear of this one.
