Ordered 4 meals with soft drinks. All of the drinks had insufficient syrup and tasted like water. I was also missing a large order of fries which I paid for. I tried to call the store, but they don't answer so I took the matter up with corporate. I advise you thoroughly check your order before leaving the drive thru!

When the Toyota service center estimated the repair of our daughter's old Prius to be 50% more than she paid for it 5 years ago, her day went from long and a little stressful to very long and very stressful as she considered buying another used Prius (this time) from a real Toyota dealer.Late in the day we picked her up (give her a lift home) and planned to take her to dinner, but the restaurants were busy. So she suggested Chick-Fil-A. A familiar place, pleasant, and sure to lack drama.I only rank "Atmosphere" 3 stars because it IS a fast food restaurant, clean, sterile, brightly lit. All good things, but not relaxing or entertaining. But you can always count on its consistency.Of course the service is exceptional, as any and all CFA I've visited. The quality of people these stores get is amazing! They have a professional demeanor while letting a true, authentic, human connection come through, followed with an obvious strong work ethic. I suspect there are job recruiters out there who regularly poach from CFA ranks.Lastly, the food.... It's consistently good. I like deep fried food, TOO much, and I should order the fried-non-battered chicken. It would be healthier. But I like the crunch! The few times I order the fried-non-battered chicken, I find the amount of chicken is more than expected; it's a really satisfying bite when the bread-to-protein ratio is so much in favor to that juicy, flavorful chicken. Yum.
Hated the service, this place was my favorite location and I am a chick fil a lover. I knew I was last customer today, having my favorite spicy deluxe and asked to leave disrespectful way.

The food at this chick fil a was horrible. The sandwiches and the nuggets are always so cold and disgusting. I kept giving them a chance and they still let me down.Do not go here. They have horrible customer service as well. The food here is not the ultimate chick fil a quality and temperature of the food that needs to be served to customers. I had to throw away all my food and go to another chick fil a and had a better experience quality and temperature wise at the other location (Scott Blvd Decatur near Zyka). The management really needs to work on who they put in the back to cook the food. I will never go back to this location.
