The girls at the pickup window at the drive-thru need to get their act straight... they can and will mess up your order... I had to come in the next day and the gentleman was kind enough to replace the tea that they made the mistake on but the women were unwilling to do the replacement until I actually had to stare at them and sit in the line... The service was a lot better when they had the other employees at their previous location at that intersection of Lawrenceville highway and Hugh Howell.... some of those women need retraining

Every time I’ve come to this drive-through and order just a drink, I sit and wait at the window for a really long time while other cars get full bags of food, and meanwhile there are five or six employees just standing around talking to each other and I can see my drink sitting there.

new to area, 2nd time visiting this location and last time. They should consider a new way of processing and running out orders, it’s extremely inefficient and ineffective. I waited nearly 20 minutes on a mobile order. When I was handed my order, the lady was in such a rush, my bag fell over while she was handing it to me and fries fell out. I realized the blue crumbled cheese was missing from my salad, I returned back to the drive thru and was told to pull forward and ask them for the cheese. I pulled forward and attempted to flag the associate down 3 times, she looked and kept going. once I laid on my horn, now all of the sudden the employees are looking as if I’m the problem. The manager told me to pull forward for the missing cheese, while looking over in my salad as if I had a need to lie or anymore time to waste. I pulled forward and waited another 5 minutes before driving off, with no cheese. And if I’m paying extra for an egg, I need a whole one. And should be more than 1 chopped strawberry to match the salad advertised. I will drive a little further for better service.
