When I order through the app and pick up on drive thru there's always a wait for my food and that's understandable. I decided to dine in this time something that I never do. My order took forever to get made , even more than the drive thru. I finally get my order and it was missing something I paid extra for. The guy was helpful but everything took too long. My missing item took another 5 mins to do as well. I waited maybe 20 mins to get my food. Inside half of the restaurant is off limits. Outside all the seats are locked up so seating is limited. I avoid the Jimmy Carter Chick-fil-A cause of the traffic but that one is more recommendable

I understand it gets busy, but it is also important to remain aware when you are neglecting customer service. The big girl with a high ponytail, completely disregarded my request for extra sauce as she proceeded to take the next guest order. I then went to go get a refill on drinks and she looked past me to the couple behind me and asked them what they needed and then went to go get what they needed completely disregarding that I was standing there. Management also isn’t helpful when trying to file a complaint at this location. Super disappointing coming from Chick-fil-A

This is a pretty good location. The food is pretty good. Friday, September 12th there were some issues with my order and Jalila stepped in with my frustration and gave me a free Oreo milkshake. I was elated and in a rush at the time. I honestly believe they gave me a small macaroni instead of the medium I was charged for.

Every time I go to this location there is an issue. I promised myself I would never go again. But what did I do? I went but thought all the problems I've had was in the mobile order area. So I decided to get in line this time. There were 2 cars in front of me and no cars in the other line. The guy from the other line came and took my order and the person in front me order. I'm not sure what the problem was with the 1st car but the young lady working had to go back inside 2 times for something. It was more than 10 mins before the 1st car moved. And 7 mins before I received my food. I'm not certain why 1. A manager didn't come out to help with whatever the issue was? 2. They didn't pull the car to the side out of the way so we could get our food? They literally came from the drive through area and walked the food to my car as we were finally pulling around. My food was lukewarm when I finally received it. It was so frustrating. I didn't have time to go in to speak with a manager. But it doesn't appear any management was concerned. Someone had to realize that 2 orders were taken and paid but we didn't come around for the food. There were several cars that came and went in the other line. It was crazy and confirmed for me that I should have gone with what i already knew... don't go to this location *Hugh Howell!! Im not sending a message through the app because they give a coupon for a cookie and then do nothing about their service!

Every single time I get a Milkshake here at this location they do not disappoint me on the whipped cream. They are so friendly and helpful and I feel like a VIP every time I come. The drive thru is spacious and the building is always in pristine condition. They take care of their customers and their staff.

I typically order “mobile thru”. I request certain items NOT to added to my order, but they’re always added. I end up throwing them away. I really wished they pay attention.

We usually have a good experience at any Chick-fil-a. That why I am so disappointed. We waited for 5 minutes to order, no one in line ahead of us, we went to sit with the little plastic thing. After about 10 minutes I went to see if there was a problem, the male manager was in the line corral talking with a woman. Our food was sitting on the counter getting cold. The young lady saw me and brought me the food. Back at the table my wife’s sandwich had pepper jack not Colby Jack, back to the front. 2 more minutes, 4 more minutes waiting for the sandwich to be remade. The cheese was not even melting. She took the cheese off and ate it anyway, my food was cold by now. Very disappointed. I believe it is a failure of the manager on duty to lead. I hope the franchise owner sees this! On my way out my wife had to use the restroom. She said it was nasty.

We are at Chick Fil A every week. The food is very good. Great atmosphere where we can have good conversations. Our adult son is special needs and is always welcomed. We usually dine in also use take out occasionally. We usually have breakfast or lunch.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to they get their orders wrong all the time they’re not friendly they can’t keep employees and the management team sucks. I will drive 30 minutes out the way to go to a Chick-fil-A instead of going to this one on Hugh Howe don’t waste your time if they get my order wrong I’m sure they’ll get yours wrong as well. They suck there.
