I ordered on the app with mobile pickup. Granted it was around 9:30pm, I ordered 4 meals. 3 with sprites. The sprites had no flavor, flat & more CO2. No one can tell me that they knew the sprite was undrinkable. What a disappointment, as well gave me an award for 3 sprites. What if I don't want sprite after this incident. Couldn't even enjoy the meal without the drink. Do better chik fila....

I See Why The Reviews Are Low. I encountered quite a bit of a hassle today
1a) Was told I had to go inside to get Vday 30 piece nugget in heart shape container but could order heart shaped container of cookies and a regular 30 piece nugget via drive thru; Parked and went inside only to find the Vday nugget box were not available
1b) Received 6 single cookies instead of Vday cookie container; went BACK inside and they exchanged for the Vday cookie container

Store was clean. Has to be one of the slowest stores in the whole chain. I think it's the first Chick fil A I've ever been to and did not hear anyone say it's my pleasure. Obviously a management issue.
Our cashier had super good memory and our order was out in perfectly. They have staff cleaning and prepping. We were highly pleased with our visit!

I ordered a Grilled Chicken meal. After leaving, I noticed a hair on my sandwich. I returned to the location and told them about it. The manager on duty, a young, skinny African American female, apologized for the mistake and replaced my order and provided me with complimentary cards towards my next purchase. They remade my sandwich on a buttered bun instead of multigrain like advertised. I didn’t make a fuss about it because I needed to eat something and didn’t care to go back a second time.
I tried using the complimentary chicken meal card she provided and was told that I couldn’t by the same location because I didn’t have “proof” i.e. my receipt. I told them that had I known that I would’ve kept the receipt. I also informed them that I didn’t understand why she’d give me a complimentary meal for a fried chicken sandwich when my original order was for grilled. I’m not eating fried foods at the moment so it’s even more frustrating that they were unwilling to accommodate me when it was their error and poor quality control that led to this. Despite, asking for clarification from both the drive thru attendant and the manager, they both ignored my question and looked at me as if I were being difficult. Needless to say, I won’t be giving Chick-Fil-A and especially the Howell Mills location any more of my hard earned money. I thought Chick-Fil-A was supposed to have the highest standards of customer service. Neither employee that I encountered apologized or said my pleasure.

worst chick fil a ever . please don’t go here . ordered breakfast and the food is old and cold. i ordered extra honey butter and the minis are dry and tough. hash browns undercooked and ordered a sweet tea with a splash of lemonade and got a sunjoy . absolutely worst experience ever!
